Certainly not the ritz. Our shower door was missing so water went everywhere, if you touched the metal mechanisms (besides the head and knob) of the shower while it was running it would BURN you!

The location is ideal, right next to the water. It was cheaper than the closest hostel too. The key policy made us really worried we would not be able to get back in at a late hour, but that never happened and being a young partying couple it ended up being convenient that you never had to worry about losing your key while out and about.

Only one chair in the room for 3, no glasses or kettle.

We really loved the location, it's just in the centre. Towels, clean rooms, shampoo and soaps were nice. We could leave the luggage after we checked out. Reception open all the time. air conditioner was awesome :)

Stale smell everywhere in the hotel. The floor in the room is not even and slippery. The windows do not close properly. Extremely noisy location, above the bar, impossible to sleep at night. No hairdryer.

The hotel has no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up a very steep staircase. Fortunately, upon request, the staff gave me a room on a lower floor when it became available.

The walls are extremely thin and you will absolutely be woken up if anyone even opens a door on your floor, let alone their voices. The doors do not have double locks (ie deadbolts). Also be sure to double check your booking, many rooms do not come with a bathroom. Thankfully I checked before I arrived and I ended up having to upgrade to a room with a bathroom.

The location couldn’t have been better. Very safe and on a super busy street even at 4 am.

They need to fix some things, for example the plugs, they were almost falling onto the beds. And there was no lift so if you come with a big suitcase it might be a bit tiring.

It was a fair price to be REALLY close to the city center. It had air conditioning and the windows insulated VERY well from the outdoor noise.

Noise!!! People outside and inside the other rooms were screaming, shouting and partying all night long. Walls are very thing, ypu can hear EVERYTHING! Did not sleep at all and was not great for a small child. Rooms smell like mould.

There is no elevator, and the hall is pretty narrow.

The location is great, in the old harbour, close to the metro stations and lots of restaurants. The room was clean. When we entered, we could feel a strong smell of chlorine, but it felt clean.

A little noisy, as much from inside the hotel as outside. Not quite "hotel" clean. Extractor fan not working in the bathroom, so ceilings covered in mould. Stairs are a bit of a hassle for carting up suitcases. Outside if building is very shabby and nothing like the photos online.

Great location that will have you right in the middle of the action. Decent block out curtains for a morning lie in.

It was not beautiful. There was No utilisable lobby! My room was at 4th floor with very narrow stairs!! There was no elevator. The corridor was not clean.

The staff doesn't speak English, so be patient with them. there was just one towel, I would have greatly appreciated an extra towel and pillow. There are no amenities.

English - The location was excellent I couldn't have found a better location, near to the old port, the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was adequate for a single person, there was a tv and a thermostat but I didn't use them. The price I paid for one night was honest.
