There’s no elevator, so if you’ve got luggage just brace yourself for some workout. Other than that everything was perfect.

Excellent breakfast, maybe a little pricey but fresh and quality products. Location is just perfect close to most restaurants, the Valvital thermes and many other things to do in the city center. Au Lac room was very spacious and well furnished, with beautiful terrace. Public parking optional (with private car place and pass for the hotel residents) which is a luxury in city center. Very helpful and kind staff (ask Maud for restaurant suggestions !), Would definitely recommend this place !

An extraordinary Hotel in the city centre. Never had such a warm and very friendly welcome and service. The Hotel delivers a very cosy atmosphere what makes it really difficult to leave. We definitely will come back.

There was nothing . An exceptional hotel!

Excellent. Lovely staff and very beautiful hotel room. Immaculate. This is a new hotel (4 months old) the attention to detail was outstanding. We left our bags there and the staff put them in the rooms for us. The room was perfect, as was the hotel. We had the 15euro breakfast, which was lovely and plentiful ( croissants/ bread/ coffee/ oJ)

FYI: No lift/elevator. We were fine but may prove a challenge for some. The ladies are very helpful in carrying your luggage up.

What a beautiful, comfortable hotel! We stayed at the Belle Epoch for our 10th wedding anniversary. Our room was gorgeous and so comfortable. The bed was heavenly. The decor was delightful. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. (Shout out to Mathilde, who is so kind and thoughtful!). The location is perfect. we loved the terrace for coffee or drinks. Just a wonderful experience.

Please bear in mind that there is no elevator in this hotel. Higher floor room is very quiet and comfortable, it is worth while to overcoming this venturing moment.

The hotel room is exactly same as pictured - clean, neat and spacious with nicely renovated cosy atmosphere. The bed and linen was also clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and offered a kid’s amenities, which was impressive point.
