The room was very small - maybe five inches from the end of the bed to the wall, so had to walk sideways to get to the side of the bed. Very narrow stairs (no elevator). It was very expensive for what it was.

Location near the train station was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The windows were nice. The did call to tell us to check booking messages for access and room info since reception not open mid day..

Only “ complaint “ is that if you have heavy or large luggage, a room on the upper floors can be difficult as there is no lift. The receptionist gracefully volunteered and carried our bags when he was present. No other complaints from us!

The cleanliness, modern renovation, thoughtful amenities far exceeded this small hotel’s 2 star rating. We were sent by email the entrance codes for our room and to the entrance door, although the reception wasn’t always occupied, communication was fast and proactive by the receptionist. hotel is very convenient for the train station, we were there only one night and wished we had time for a longer stay.

We missed the message about a code for the front door - but a staff person let us in. I think they are sending the code information earlier now. The stairs are circular - staff helped with our bags - without their help it would have been awkward to reach our room with our luggage.

The location was close to the train station and a reasonable walk to the beach, shopping and the historical areas. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room wasn’t huge but had space for a large bed and dressing table, closet, bathroom with a shower. The security was very good with exterior and room door codes. Breakfast is available with prior notice at the front desk. The staff are VERY friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Cute little hotel in Nice. Clean and quiet. Very nice, friendly and service-minded receptionist. Will definitely stay at this hotel if I come back to Nice. Near train station Nice-Ville.

It was clean and safe. The bed was good and the young man at reception was helpful and friendly. An interesting and colorful area. Close to trams and the train station.

The room was too small to accommodate a table and chair- just a small end table and sit on the bed if one wants to use one's laptop. The electronic lock to the room seems rather idiosyncratic about how you touch it.

I didn't have to walk too far for anything. The beach is, maybe, 15 minutes away, the Nice Ville station five minute away and there is no shortage of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The manager spoke good English and was attentive to my needs.

The room is small, which I’ve come to expect in France. I booked a deluxe room but didn’t really feel like I was in a deluxe room. I did like the cleanliness and provision of toiletries.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I especially appreciated the help with my luggage.

The hotel is right next to the train station, which is great for a trip to Cannes or Menton or somewhere lush like that. The room was comfortable and a decent size. Towels and toiletries were refreshed daily and they even had toothpaste, which I find hotels *never* provide, so that was useful. I thought it was very good for the price.

Very close to Nice Ville station. Very clean rooms. Prompt, helpful staff. Clear checking in/out instructions. Bed might be a little uncomfortable for anybody with significant back issues. But was comfortable nonetheless.

Nice price, central location, clean rooms, comfortable bed, cute staff and complementary toothbrush! The neighborhood felt safe for a solo female traveler. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Nice.

The place was empty except for me so no one to talk with.

Location was good being close to the train station (but not the port area). The room was comfortable. Staff was great to help me get into the room when I did not have an access code due to a changed reservation.

The room was little but suitable for two persons. The centre was easy to reach by tram from the airport. You can reach different sites easily by walking.

The rooms were pretty small, the hotel manager/owner was rude, there was no bottle opener in the room and they would not provide.

The cleaning lady was helpful and polite. The room was very clean and close to the station.
