Only minor downside is the tight (but very secure) parking spaces. My car got a door ding on it.

The location was perfect, truly in the center of Reims. The hotel is comfortable & well appointed. It had a restaurant & bar for pre & post dinner cocktails. Christian, the Concierge on property was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations & reservations. Also pointing us out to some of the champagne tasting houses within walking distance. He was extremely helpful & professional.

Unable to get a table for dinner before 21h so did not eat in the hotel. Given the quality of the breakfast, this was a pity but after a long drive we needed a relatively early night.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location ideal for visiting the cathedral. Car parking at the hotel was ideal.

Nothing really, other than lack of hotel parking. On saying this we managed to book overnight parking, within 3 minutes distance to the hotel. So all good.

Location - in the heart of Reims. Walking distance to the Cathedral, cafes, bars, restaurants Best Breakfast during our stay in France; - great choice of foods and drinks and excellent quality. Hotel staff went above and beyond to help.. Our dogs were made to feel welcomed.

We needed to check in earlier and got help doing so. The friendly man in the reception who helped us with this forgot to mention that we by doing so got a downgrade. Our room was rather different than the one i had booked. It irritated me a bit, but when you are only staying two nights it isn’t worth the hassle to move. Still took away a bit the luxury feeling of our rare get-away-trip. Lesson learned!

Location is excellent! Breakfast was good considering this is France. The restaurant, Cafe de la paix, has budget-friendly ‘menu du jour’ and ‘plat du jour’. We had one lunch and one dinner. It was all good ‘brasserie’ type of food. Also the garden is beautiful and the adjacent spa looked nice, though we didn’t utilize it. This makes it a very nice location in good weather.

Fantastic hotel. In the heart of the city easy access and underground garage for your car. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is generous. Our favourite was the local repertoire of jams. The room is very spacious with a shower cabin and bathtub. Would definitely come back

Excellent location & service and the room was very clean. I suprised also the swimming pool and sauna option. Extended wine list at the lobby bar so it was nice to pick and order various shampagnes to the room after daily visits. Very good price / quality ratio.

Not much. The pool could have been a bit bigger. The decoration of the hotel did seem a bit odd. Seemingly trying to be almost alpine or Scandinavian with so much wood which was a bid overwhelming. I also appreciate different things appeal to different people but the pattern of the carpet throughout was a distressed look appearing as if it was very worn out which felt a bit odd.

Renovation completed 3 weeks earlier so everything new if still smelt new. Breakfast pretty comprehensive and bedroom and bed very comfortable. Had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Position of hotel could not be more central and also ideal for the railway station.

The AC unit in our room was not working but we were able to open our windows so it wasn’t a problem.
