Although the Hotel is not that big it offers you a small pool as well as a hammam. Though I didn’t use them, it was one of the criteria why I chose the Hotel. The Hotel is also super close to the underground.

While public transport is convenient the location itself is perhaps not the nicest in Marseille - there is a good shopping centre very close by and a few bars. With that said it is only about 10 minutes in the tram to the old port and old town so it is manageable.

The shower stall does not have a door or shower curtain so water splashes out on the floor outside the shower stall no matter how careful you shower. Furthermore, the floor outside the shower stall has no drainage hole so the floor is either perpetually wet or a lot of the towels are used up to mop up the water.

The location was good as it was near a metro stop and within walking distance to the Old Port, Le Panier area and other places of interest. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to recommend eating places and places of interest to go to especially Patrick. The room was clean and cozy albeit a bit small. The bed is comfortable.

Location, close to metro and tram. By the Docks and Terrasses with shops and bars. Walking distance to Le Panier. Friendly receptionists and bar staff. Very clean room.

View from the window wasn't super special, but we weren't far from good places so that wasn't really a problem

Rooms were great, pool and gym facilities were very good too. Stayed with my teenage son for a long weekend and we had a great time.

Organisation could be better, only 1 key card for the room was provided for 2 people. Check in was easy, but our bags were left with reception whilst waiting for the room to be ready but hadn't been put into the secure storage by the time we returned. An early check-in option would be appreciated. No one on the front desk when we checked out, so had to just leave the card on the desk and go for our flight transfer.

Toilet kept running water and we couldn’t get the cold water in the shower to work. Otherwise a nice short stay.
