Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. We loved our visit!!

The room was fresh and spotlessly clean, staff were present when you needed them and genuinely friendly. The secure underground parking was reassuring and safe. Breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold food. The hotel surpassed my basic expectations of a comfortable bed, good shower and cleanliness. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

I would like to have a refrigerator in the room for cold beverages

The hotel is very clean an it is well located. The bus L5 passes in front of the hotel and it takes you to the center of the city in 20 minutes. I didn’t pay the room with breakfast, but I ate in the cafe twice. The buffet is incredible and they allow you to make your own fresh orange juice. The room is very comfortable and it has a safe. There is a restaurant called Felicie and it has the most delicious food

The Hotel was excellent second time now, good size room, very comfortable bed, plus garage for your vehicle and loads of chargers for electric vehicle very good bonus point for me, I'll book this hotel next time.

Excellent location being only 15 minute train ride to Lille. Wonderful restaurant in same building. Car park was just great and room and staff fantastic. Very impressed with security level both in hotel and car park. Would highly recommend if you want to visit Lille.

Relatively simple to find, great parking facilities under ground. Staff lovely/helpful at reception. Room very comfortable and spotless. Extra pillows and generous tea/coffee facilities. Great room towards front of hotel and although there is some street noise it was not loud enough to keep us awake. Thank you

Clear indication of the location of the hotel

Very good hotel, however was not located where we thought it would be, I.e nearby the beffroi in Lille. It was in Loos, in Lille’s neighbourhood. This may have been the result of the search engine of Booking.com. The hotel came first after a search for hotels in Lille ( not in Loos). Be careful !

It had a great location and friendly staff, and the comfortable room felt new with high standards. I also appreciated the spacious garage with an elevator to the hotel that was free of charge. If I'm in the area, I will come back.

We couldn't get the air conditioning unit to cool the room sufficiently, so it was quite warm in the room. We didn't report it as we were only staying 2 nights. The mattress was harder than we're used to, but that might suit some people.

We really enjoyed our visit here. We were given rooms on the third floor and amazed at how quiet the rooms were - absolutely no noise from outside or adjoining rooms. There were 2 lifts which were both operational and speedy. The car park was double gated which we found very reassuring. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and always fully stocked. All staff that we spoke with and engaged with were amazing. They were attentive, polite and helpful - and they all spoke good English which was great. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. The bed linen was very comfortable. We will definitely be booking a return visit to this hotel.

I thought that it was closer to downtown Lille, walking to the center is an option but it would take too much. Easier by bus but it takes some time (there is also the option to take the metro, but the station is at more or less 20 minutes). Bathroom was a little stinky.

Staff was nice and helped us. Hotel was basically brand new, maybe it's not but that's how it seemed. Everything was clean and easy to use.

Yes, the location is not in front of the Colosseum or the Isle of Capri, but still very recommended for a nice stop in northern France. We did not have the breakfast.

Location: along a city road, but quiet and centrally located. 75/100 Staff: quick and efficient. 75/100 Rooms: very clean, with modern and relatively stylish furniture. Very comfortable large beds. Very quiet. 85/100 Parking: indoor, covered, secure. Not very easy to find and access because of the one-way road, but this is not the hotel's responsibility. 85/100 Price: 140€ (without breakfast) for two rooms in a very clean and good hotel. For the same amount of money, you cannot even sleep in a rat hole in the UK or in Germany (both terrible countries for accommodations)
