How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not enough breakfast options. Breakfast ended at 11am and despite going for breakfast around 9:30 on both days we stayed (well in advance from closing time), a few options like eggs had already ran out and were not replenished.
Super clean room and towels, and comfortable beds! Locationwise, it is not in the city centre but there is all kind of transportation (bus,metro, tram) literally next to it. We chose it as it is close to La Defense arena, which we visited for Taylor Swift's concert. It was 15 min by taxi. Despite that, it was not chaotic and too busy outside. Very safe. There was also a restaurant, McDonalds, and a supermarket next to it (within 100-150m). I would happily stay again even if I had to commute to the city centre.

Location is quite far from City Center,about 30mins train ride,but it’s right next to the train station. Bottled water wasnt restocked everyday.
It’s exactly what the pictures look like. Clean and smells good too.

The hotel is not so easy to find because of a lack of signs around. Even walking I passed in front before noticing it. Same for the parking lot. Breakfast could be a little bit more consequent.

In the evening there was very, very little to eat.

However, the location leaves something to be desired.
The hotel was generally good, providing all necessary amenities. The staff were pleasant, and its proximity to the metro was convenient. Breakfast was nice.

On the arrivel day( night) we needed to wait for check in nearly 1 hour because system breakdown and an escalation of an asian couple(I think they needed medicine against fever and the hotel was not able to Support and sure nothing for emergency).the guy on the reception even had not a list of empty rooms wirhout the it System.
The hotel has a nice standard and excellent breakfast

The room was quite small. Also something was off with the hotel's fire alarm system as it went off 3 times the same night. We were told all 3 times it was a false alarm. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.
Very clean. The room was very bright and the beds were comfy. The staff was polite. Great location: next to the tube and tram station. Bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket were close by.

The fact that if you are outside the hotel it was bit hard to get in because the doors were locked due to Security but I understood the reason why

I choose to pay for hotel ones i come there but 4 days before they charged my card 150€!!! even when a night cost 90€. (I had to pay also those 90 when i came). They said now in 4 days i can expect money back. Its unaxeptable.

Outside Paris, which can demand some 25-30 min to reach city center. Better to avoid rush hours of the Metro, it get really packed. Not a touristic area, so I am not sure how neighbourhood feels at night, no problem during the day - a lot of workers and families circulating.
Nice hotel, good value for longer stays around Paris. You can see that the building is quite new, 50m from metro Line 13 (you don't even need to cross the road). Nice bed, shower and TV.
