Sound isolation was lacking. We were disturbed during the night and early mornings by our neighbors’ activities—doors opening and closing, footsteps echoing through the walls, and conversations filtering in. A better soundproofing solution would have made a significant difference.

Good location in Montmarte, clean property, helpful staff. Overall a nice stay :)

The only (slight) problem was the traffic noise from the street below. It's a busy road and there seemed to be a lot of police cars and ambulance with their sirens going past the hotel. However we were tired enough to fall asleep, after all our sightseeing and the traffic was much quieter in the mornings. The area is generally very busy with a lot of people but it is literally only a couple of minutes away from some much quieter streets leading up towards the Sacre Coeur Basilica where the views over Paris are well worth the climb.

The hotel was great with super-helpful, friendly staff. Clean and welcoming with comfortable beds and pleasant toiletries available in the bathroom. There was a really good breakfast selection every morning with hot and cold choices to suit all tastes and preferences. There was fresh coffee and chilled water infused with fruit and herbs in reception to help yourself as you wish. There were also biscuits, jelly beans, and croissants at different times so it was nice to sit in that reception area for a bit to relax and have a chat. The hotel was following positive environmental practices such as by providing refillable glass water bottles to take to the bedrooms in order to eliminate single use plastic bottles.

Hotel is in a good location - close to subway and lots of shops (food places, pharmacy, carrefour etc). Can walk to main tourist attractions or get subway. Great breakfast and really helpful staff (Louise & Herby).

Good location and value for money. Stayed a few times at this place in a few years. It's getting better every time. Place is not new, but it looks like management keeps it well maintained. We got early check in as our room was available.Attentive and responsive staff. Rooms are not very big but jas enough for a short stay, all amenities provided. We liked that the place is eco-friendly. Supermarket next door, 1 minute from metro station, ~10 minutes walk to Sacré-Cœur.

Maybe just one little remark: a room with the elevator just behind the wall was quite noisy in the night, so i recommend asking for another one. Apart from that everything was great and I will come back next time when in Paris.

It was our third stay in this hotel and everything was good. Location very close to all the Montmartre attractions as well as to great restaurants, markets and bars. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast.

Bedroom was very small, hardly any room on one side of the bed.

Bed was comfortable, other facilities like shower etc were good. Breakfast was great, nice choice. But for me the staff were the best, friendly and helpful.

In the evening the area gets pretty gray...and there are many stray people sleeping in front of the hotel or right next to its door. The interior is a mixture of old and new. It would have been useful a small refrigerator.

Good position close to the metro, grocery stores and touristic attractions. They close the main door in the evening so they can have control over the people entering which was very ok. Good breakfast.

This neighborhood was not safe to walk through alone as a woman. I was followed down the street at 9 pm

It was a bit messy in the public areas and the lift broke down once too. Lift was very slow.

Close to Metro. Always someone on desk for advice. Beautiful view through gorgeous windows.
