Much better than all the other "cheap" 4 star hotels we stayed in across France such as Novatel. Rooms were spacious with a kitchenette and lots of room for the family...2 adults..2 kids and a dog. Impressed with the decor of room too..

The staff were excellent - particularly Alexis. Because it is relatively new, the hotel is clean and fresh. To its credit, it offers electric vehicle charging facilities of which I was able to take advantage. The breakfast was excellent.

Have stayed in a nearby hotel in the past but so pleased I found this, it was fantastic. Location ideal as a stopover as we headed south for our French holiday. Walked out to buffalo grill for evening meal as had not noticed the platters available. Will try next time. Breakfast was great, everything possible. Good start to the day.

The spa facilities are good, would have liked to us e them more. The food was good, bit limited by no kitchen on-site. We had the platter of cheese and charcuterie- was perfect for us, after a day travelling we didn't want to go off-site for a larger meal. Breakfast was good. Sausage, bacon, eggs and everything else you may want.

We booked 2 rooms are there were 3 of us, and as per my request, the rooms were next door to each other. Both rooms were very comfortable, with much thought put into them. A little small, but that was not an issue as every other box was ticked! Lovely big bathroom with fantastic shower. The staff are charming and very helpful. Breakfast was good - lots of choice - from hot food, to pastries, fruit and yogurt, cold meats and cheese. We didn't take advantage of the spa facilities as we didn't have the time.

NetherlandsThere was nowhere to store one's clothes after unpacking, just a load of coathangers, but nothing for socks, t shirts or underwear. I know it is my own fault but I underestimated the distance to town centre, but it was a good spot to travel to the coast or Monet's jardin.
We had a fantastic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Clean, comfortable room with lovely shower room. Blackout curtains and quiet area made for a great sleep. Short walk to bus stop to get into central Rouen. Lovely spa/sauna area. Good selection of beers in bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good value.

United KingdomThe dinner option was good to be served late into the evening but it was just a microwave reheated meal that was very unappetizing but still very expensive. avoid eating there if you can. The hotel is out of the way for restaurants and activities.
The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was great. We really enjoyed the sensory shower in the wellness area. The breakfast was delicious. it was easy to park and no extra cost.

NetherlandsBreakfast could’ve been better. I was checking in on my birthday, but none of the staff wished me a happy birthday, although in other 4-star hotels I would hear some kind words or often have a little surprise in the room, like a box of chocolates or a small bottle of wine.
New, clean, modern hotel. Comfortable bed, good shower, love Nuxe products in the room. We got upgraded to a bigger room after the A/C in the original room has stopped working multiple times. Plenty of free parking space.

A little difficult to find, coming from the South. The route took me through the centre of Rouen and ten via some very narrow streets. However, it was much easier joining the Autoroute heading North.
