The bathroom from one of the two rooms was really small and without Glass or anything for protecting of wetting the bathroom.

Location, room and responsiveness of the hotel to questions was really fantastic. The service from the front desk attendants was mostly very nice and they helped us with many requests. Best Western fulfills our expectations wonderfully as usual.

A very pleasant, clean and quiet hotel. The rooms were all very modern and stylish. The location is very accessible to Montmartre, being at the bottom of the hill and is a great neighborhood just far away enough from Gare du Nord but still quickly accessible to the station.

The hotel is in very good location, we walked a lot to visit different sightseeings in various districts of Paris. Quin room is small, best fits to 1 person... but every detail is well thought there: all what is needed was available in the room ( from cosmetic mirrow to water heater, light in wardrobe, comfortable bed...) Everyone in the hotel's team is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much :)! There is simple & nice bakery around the corner for breakfast or snack :)

No coffee in the room so we asked and they brought coffee capsules but there was no coffee machine, just a kettle… and a rather small TV

Very thin walls, was woken far too early by guests in other rooms taking a shower, the room was too small for 3 people and beds were not that comfortable

A more comfortable chair to sit on whilst watching TV or reading, only other option was to sit on the bed.

Lady on front desk was very friendly and welcoming, immediately felt comfortable, room was lovely with big comfy bed. 10 minutes walk from Gard de Nord station. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again.

The room could have been a bit cleaner -found a hair in the shower and the carpet was so so- but nothing crazy bad. I expected a better view and a larger room for the price as well.

We were welcomed efficiently. The bed was very large and comfortable. The shower was also great.

Right from entrance and checkin up till breakfast and checkout nothing was good and we we compare it with room rent it was great disappointment I was surprised that why this hotel is rated as four star

Hotel in great location. Walking distance from Gare Du Nord. Metro stop 2 min walk from the hotel so easy to explore whether on foot or by metro.

The room was faulty, the shower had no door so everything got soaked whenever the shower was on. Also was told the deposit would be refunded upon checkout but this hasn’t been received.
