They don’t do room service food , no rob in the room for the spa , unfortunately I was a bit disappointed.

Excellent room with balcony overlooking the port. Those beautiful views can come at a price if things get noisy. Worth it though.

Absolutely not a big deal, just the weight of the door to the toilet was very heavy.

We arrive early evening in La Ciotat and find this nicely renovated hotel in a great location! The room is larger than expected - a great surprise! More storage than I could imagine, lots of floor space to open our luggage. And I took note of past reviews that mentioned that Saturday night can be noisy, so booked a room away from the port side. It was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. The shower has very good water pressure. And lots of plugs on the desk to be able to charge our devices.

The room was very noisy at night from the bars and restaurants on the port into the early hours so we didn't sleep well during our stay sadly.

Room is quite clean to be honest, in south of france being able to find hotel that available in reasonable price is actually quite difficult. The Hotel located in the heart of the main street. It's very easy to find restaurant and not to mention they have their own sun bathing deck and pool on the 5/F. that was unexpected

the swimming pool did not have a shower facility prior to entering the pool and the hot tub’s water was so hot it was unusable.

The rooms on the front do not have double glazing which is necessary when trying to get to sleep now that there is a night market the length of the port that only packs up at midnight. Several areas of the market have loud music which could easily be blocked out with adequate double glazing. This is not an issue for rooms facing away from the port.

The Hotel is excellent. I stayed there in previous years and find it meets all necessary needs as well as having a pool and relaxation area on the roof when you don’t want to go to the beach.

Curtains in our room didn't quite meet and so couldn't get room completely dark. A little bit challenging to find the carpark, some extra details how to find and then access would have been good for the english speaking guests :)

Amazing location and view of harbour. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amazing variety of food at breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.

The rooms at the front can be noisy in the summer from the buzzing night market around the harbour. But its worth it for the view annd the balcony. And I don’t like being charged for parking.

Perfect location in the old port with easily accessed parking. Comfortable and clean rooms with neat little balconies. Very good breakfast and accommodating staff. Nice pool area on rooftop.

Quite noisy at times because of the location. The bathroom isn't private as has a big window so you can see right through from the room. Pool wasn't that big.
