We mistakenly thought we had booked with breakfast included which turned out not to be the case and the cost for breakfast was rather steep. That was disappointing.

Location excellent and we had a nice room, afternoon tea and cake was lovely.

The breakfast has a lot of choice but it could be better quality. The pastries were a bit low quality. This hotel is very loud. There's a bar next door open until around 11 that makes for lots of noise. If you go to bed late it's fine as they're closed by midnight.

Great location for this beautiful and recently refurbished art nouveau hotel. Paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean and stocked with most essential toiletries. Coffee pods and tea are provided in the rooms, which we appreciated. Access to the beach is perfect. There's also a market outside at the weekend. It's also right in the old town so an easy walk to most restaurants and bars.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom are large and comfortable. the location is excellent. Parking is at the hotel itself and is also very convenient.

What a great surprise! We were expecting a standard big hotel and what we got was a beautiful art-deco, boutique hotel, in the heart of Biarritz. And most of all, the staff were great - helpful and eager to please.

Breakfast is average; going to Les Halles and enjoying seafood is better. You cannot open fully closet's door (a relatively big bed in a relatively small room).

It is an art deco hotel in a very city center. The staff is so kind. The bathroom and bed are excellent.

The lift was old and broke down once.

This is an excellent hotel, three minutes walk to the beautiful Grande Plage. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was very good, plenty of choice. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful.

We took a room with sea view and it was really nice , maybe a bit loud because of the road , but anyhow we enjoyed . The hotel is a bit old , but very well kept and everything is comfy .Good staff , nice breakfast

The location of the hotel was ideal for the beach, shops and restaurants. There was a good choice of foods and drinks for breakfast.

Minor thing - 2 days before our arrival I sent email and message with a parking related question, and did not received answer. On site there was a perfect solution for parking.

The entire hotel, the style and feeling is completely in line with Biarritz, the city. Excellent location - very close to the beach but not in the crowded area. Nice building, comfortable and clean rooms, superb breakfast, good parking option for a fair price. Staff helpful in person
