The shower was VERY slippery to get into (over bath shower) with no shower mat in bath. No change able to be given for cash at bar? Directions we were given to get to town centre were difficult to understand - and not accurate as not applicable to certain days (Saturday). No fridge in room.

Great sized room. Standard large style hotel. Comfortable bed. Good local security . Nice staff at reception. Friendly atmosphere also with nice guests.

the Turkish guy is very rude with customers . i take the kettle down to receprion to request to be changed because someone before us warmed milk inside . i bren refused 2 times becaudr they diesn’t have another to replace it ! they didn’t care that i was with my childrens and that’s why i need kettle to make milk . highly unrecomend

No indication provided upon our arrival on where restaurant is for instance or how to reach the reception from our room phone. no list of important phone extension provided in room. In room, no hygiene facilities provided for lady in bathroom, water spilling from the shower every time for which we had to unfortunately waste one towel everyday to put as bathmat. Lack of sense of hospitality from some front desk staffs. Coming from a tourist destination island, for the price that we have paid, even a business hotel on our island would have more facilities, services and amenities provided.

The area was very rundown with low cost housing at the front door of the hotel. The area is also not very safe and in the industrial zone of Paris. Good for 1 night, but not more.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone was easy to speak to and gave good advice.

The staff were very nice and friendly and the bar tender made some good drinks. But me and my girlfriend both woke up in the middle of the night feeling not so good, we brushed it off and tried to go back to bed, the second night we smelled a pillow that we hadn’t slept on, but slept near and it smelled super strongly of mold. Both of us have felt quite sick since staying here. Went to the doctor and they told us we have the symptoms someone would have if they had been inhaling mold.

The hotel is located at a refugee shelter which was very noisy and dirty. Hotel was very dirty and the rooms very poorly maintained. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The buffet food in the restaurant was tasteless and everything was very over cooked. Staff speak little or no English. I will never go here again.

Parking is only possible for a fee, but the chance that there is space is very small.

Good for people who are smoking a lot, because everywhere smell cigarettes In rooms in lobby.. I decided shorten my stay at the hotel, but the money was not returned to me for the remaining 2 nights. Therefore, for active people who like to play billiards in the evening, smoke beer, what you need, I prefer quieter places. Thanks
