The hotel feels a bit narrow, starting with the garage, that is shared with a delivery service. The neighbourhood is a bit dirty and does not seem to be extremely safe (particularly at night)

Overpriced for what it offers. Some lights in the room did not work, only two big towels to shower but no towel to dry your hands. Noisy if the windows are open (there is a Shisha bar in front of the hotel).

Two thin bath towels was all the bath linens we got. Room was very small.

The staff was pleasant and most accommodating. I would have preferred a hotel with a better furnished room…better towels and toiletries. It did meet our need for the two days.

The restroom can be improved. The hair dryer didn't work, I asked for one at reception and they didn't have a replacement (another guest asked for it as well). The shower is bad designed as all the water came out when using it (there was a crystal but it doesn't work).

The location is excellent, it is really near to the downtown. The staff were very kind and spoke multiple languages. The bed was comfortable and the room has a good size.

The parking is a nightmare should book in advance to get access code to the garage by oneparking Web site. This wasn't explained by booking. Com. Please do update information on your site. Very noisy rooms each time next door closed you shaken up ........in you room. As well as all the noises typical city hotel.

Location was perfect. Only 15min walk to main site. Reception staff was very helpful. Room was OK for 1 night max 2 night stay.

There were flies on the pain au chocolat. And the fried eggs/bacon/sausage were not too appealing. Also one guy had a pain au chocolat on his plate, didn’t eat it, then put it back. I was ill after, I’m not sure where it was from but because of these two things (flies, sticky eggs) I wonder if it was those.

Some noises from outside the hotel during the whole night. Someone was shouting every night and the staff unfortunately did nothing about it. The price for the accommodation at this hotel should be a bit lower in order to achieve a good price/quality balance.

Location was good - 10-minute walk from the city center. The staff at the reception spoke english and was polite. Good condition of the room considering the old building.

The street of the hotel is filthy (outside the hotel) Running water noises at night No Parking for the hotel but you can find close paid parkings. The parking next to the hotel is not managed by the hotel

Location is close to city center (10 minutes walking), beds are comfortable arcade games and flipper enjoyed by my kids at Lobby
