We had a room with a balcony and it was fabulous. The staff was excellent, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and good.

Having ONLY 1 WC in the room for 5 people was challenging. Luckily for was, just outside our apartment's door was the hotel lobby's wc. The room had 2 stais inside just at the entrance, so luckily for us the sensored lighting did the job so we would not fall on the stairs. The jacuzzi tub is large but not useful - very noisy and it lacks the power to make real bubble jets. INSTEAD OF IT, I think that all the tourists would prefer a second WC. The staff was very kind, but they don't speak English (maybe they are not used to foreign tourists).

We stayed in a non-seaview apartment, with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, other with a jacuzzi tub and ONLY 1 WC. The hotel is right on the beachshore, the acces on the beach is straight from the bar of the hotel. The hotel is nice, an old building but vey well maintained and clean. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options (many types of bread, cheese, yoghurts, meats and jams - local produce), maybe one of the best breakfasts that we enjoyed across the world. The street parking was ok (we could always find a free parking spot). Comparing to other KYRIAD hotels from France, this one from St Malo was amazing.

Big room, but a bit cramped for 4 adults. The hotel offers a mini appartment with two bedrooms and that would have been more suitable for 4 adults. Unfortunately the booking .com Web booking did not allow me to request this

Car with continuous alarm during the night. Shower was to low and crane was in the way.

No Parking Space. It is a first come first serve basis. It is free parking around the area but if it is a busy day, you can't get one.

Cleanliness and it was a short walking distance to the town.

Some staff was less pleasant than others, no AC, The family room lacked a minibar.

Amazing location, right on the beach (although our room was facing the street). The breakfast was very good and cheap for the kids, which is nice. The family room was clean and modern.

The sensor lights in the entrance area of the two rooms were a nuisance. Even moving in the bed immediately opposite the passage triggered the switching on of the light. Worse of all it stayed on for too long.The smaller room not having air conditioning, meant that we had to leave the door open, and anyone getting up during the night and the sensor lights were on again for several minutes. A real shame as the rooms and bed and bathroom were beyond our expectations.

The rooms for 5 people were fantastic very spacious. The bathroom amazing. We enjoyed the bar and the sea view absolutely beautiful. Breakfast fairly average, the room was crowded difficult access to the food and drinks

The shower stall is a bit tight for a big lad. Given that it's quite a pricey room I'm surprised breakfast wasn't included.

Fantastic view out over the sea, and a good-sized room. A bit of a walk into the centre of town (15-20 minutes), but all along the seafront, so an enjoyable stroll.
