We were a group of 5 staying for 3 days. An extra set of keys would have been very helpful. A bit noisy at night but just close the windows tight to shut out most of the noise

We loved the kitchen - it was well equipped with everything you need to make a meal. Lots of extra’s. Very spacious. Toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is a big plus when you are travelling in a group. Very central to the Palace and old town. And about a 1 km walk from the train station. Beautifully decorated

Don't get surprised by the entrance door that does not look very appealing. The apartment is in another house. You just need to climb the stairs through the old house ;)

The location is great - you are just few minutes from Avingon's main monuments. There are also many restaurants, cafés and a supermarket just next door. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is a nice balance between design and functionality. The kitchen is very well equipped and the tools look pretty new. The price was also reasonable. We received detailed instructions from the owners and the communication with them was very smooth.

You need to leave the apartment at 10 a.m., which could be a little early. Since the apartment is in the historical center of the city, it is impossible to drive up to it by car. The nearest parking lots are paid, and you must walk from them for about 5 minutes, which can be very inconvenient when you have a lot of luggage. We were traveling in winter and were unpleasantly surprised that the radiators were turned off in the apartment. It was very cold. As a result, when the radiators were turned on, the apartment was more or less warmed up only by the morning, when we had to leave.

The apartment is exceptionally large, it is clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. Stunning location: located in the heart of the historic part of the city, there are plenty of attractions and places to eat around. A very good hostess who is always in touch and ready to help with any questions. A large area with a comfortable table and a large TV. Two full-fledged separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full set of different pillows. It seems that the apartment was made for living, and not for renting out.

Really comfortable, perfect for our weekend visit. We really appreciated the kitchen set up and the fact that little things like oil and herbs were available.

Our biggest complaint was the flight of stairs to access the apartment. It is on the second floor (for the Americans), or floor 1 (for the Europeans). To access it, you had to walk up about 30 stairs with no elevator. The hallway light in the stairwell was only on about half the time and we never found a way to turn it on. This made the climb up and down very dangerous when it was dark out. Some of the tiles are also cracked on the steps, which makes them less stable. I did also reach out via email to ask about parking options (we rented a car) and they never responded. When we checked out, we were also asked to take out the trash, which would normally be fine, except you have to take your trash to public drop off sites in Avignon; it would have been helpful to get more clear instructions on where to take it.

The apartment was sizeable, affordable, and in a great location. It seemed like the place was previously lived in, because there was a lot of storage. We didn't use it, but this could certainly work for someone who is planning to stay long-term. The rooms did their job, but could definitely use more comfortable pillows. It had all basic kitchenware to cook or eat in. We liked that the shower and toilet were in two separate rooms because it helped with getting ready.

firstly, it is impossible to open the door to the entrance. If it weren’t for my husband, I probably would have stayed on the street. if you still managed to open the door, you will be horrified by the stairs and what the entrance looks like. Of course there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, good luck to you. the apartment looks good, of course not like in the photos , but pretty nice. Please note if you are looking for an apartment with parking. Despite the fact that the booking says that parking is provided, For an additional fee, this is actually public parking and the owner cannot book it or even send you location. ( we found that pope palace parking much better). And the last thing we really didn’t like was the owner on the last day of our stay sent me a message asking me to take out the trash and take off the sheets in order to prepare the room for the next guest!!! I was shocked. I was sure that he would send me another message explaining where the bucket was and requests to wash the floors.

good apartment in good location. size of apartments is very good, kitchen has all supplies in good condition. location very good, but at evening not quiet at all. sheets and towels were clean.

Extremely noisy at night time bedrooms face street and people screaming and drunk and we couldn’t sleep until 3am Another drawback was no aircon and the two fans in bedrooms don’t do much to cool the rooms down very uncomfortable. We raised these issues with the host and asked him for a discount and he said he needed to meet with us to make sure we are “not ripping him off” but yet he didn’t turn up by the time we left and never received a proper response
