One of the showers didn’t work. The sink in the kitchen was clogged. The kettle stopped working after one use and we had to boil water for tea in the pan. The flat was clean, but everything was a bit shabby.

The best thing about it is the location! A lot of remarkable places are in foot walking distance. But no big grocery stores are near the area. There was enough crockery and cutlery, pans for 6 people. Some oil and salt was left on the shelf - so, we didn’t have to worry about purchasing it.

Place needs a bit of refurbishment.esp kitchen ,sofas ,dining table chairs, Has the required creature comforts like ovens ,washing machines ,etc. Make sure place is cleaned before you arrive by contacting host.

A lovely location with walking distance to the Eiffel tower,Arc de Triomphe and the river Seine.Champs Elysse was a road away.Spacious apt with seperate bedrooms and a big living room. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh when delivered .

The apartment was very cramped. It was far more suited to four people rather than 5 and would have been hard for 6 as advertised if you had much luggage or were staying longer than 3 nights. The second double is a sofabed so you have to be prepared to share that if you are 6. There was also a single fold up bed in one corridor area which took up space. There wasn't a clear area to put it up in so it was hard to know what It was doing there. It also wasn't set up for more than 4 people with only four sets of crockery, etc so we couldn't all eat there. Although it was clean inside, the staircase outside smells really bad and the lift doesn't work. The entrance way didn't have light-up switches so it was difficult to see where to turn lights on when we arrived late at night which would have made me nervous if I was by myself.

The location is really excellent - very central which was perfect for our short stay. It was very cheap and we really appreciated that as we were travelling on a budget. Just know that you are getting what you pay for! It was clean but worn in places so didn't always feel it. Communication was very clear and in both English and French which made getting in easy.

A few things didn't work, e.g. light in the bathroom, radiators in some rooms, and sink in the kitchen was blocked. But that didn't dampen our great overall experience.

Excellent location, lovely flat, quiet and authentic Parisian building, pristine surroundings, easy access to public transport, simple instructions, no hassle.

4pm check in was a bit late, but ok. Both bathroom doors did not secure well. Could have done with some extra pillows, as the pillows were very flat.

Furnuteres are old, shower in the big room is not ok because only hot water working and water getting too hot so it is imposible take shower there we use other shower in the small room and we asked some question ( like how to work dishwasher and some question else about room) via booking but they didnt response our question during our visit( we stayed there 3 nights).

Location is amazing, building is nice and safe.

The instructions are super confused they put me one piece of information different in booking messages than the paper they gave me! The bathroom and other parts need to be improved, which are old and are defectuose!

The location is amazing! The most iconic street in Paris, next to Channel and Dior. The place was clean 👌 and the kitchen had everything!

Suggestion for improvement: only 3 knives, forks and 2 teaspoons. Kitchen tsble too big for area cant move past chairs. No plug in kitchen sink, plugs in bathroom basins do not work. Light globes - several out. Lamp shade broken in bedroom 2, shower screen jammed on floor tiles. Lounge filthy. Small silver fish on toilet floor . Apart not ready on arrival just before 5 when our arrival was between 4-5pm. Had to drop bags and go out. Bedroom curtains in bed 2 doesn't cover windows. No information about what is available locally e.g. supermarket etc. Although these need fixing we enjoyed our stay here.

Overall the apartment met our needs, security was good and location vgood.

Beds are too soft. There are no teaspoons or small sharp knives and not enough cutlery. No cushions for the sofa bed.

After swopping our location without notifying us, we were pleased to find Montmatre a nice area.

Trouble getting in, as we arrived and there were no keys. Had to wait on spare keys arriving which took an hour. Owners need to rethink sharing lockers between apartments as I see that this happens regularly. Uneasy night on night 1 not knowing who had the other keys. Musty smell and stains on sofa bed cushions which looked quite nasty.

Perfect location and plenty room for 4 of us. Hot water v hot and showers were very good. Comfortable beds including sofa bed.

The apartment that was assigned to us (there are several in the same building), was located on the first floor, or semi-floor, without elevator access. It was uncomfortable with a twin stroller and two babies. We requested cribs, and they were happy to accommodate us with the request. However, one of the cribs had no mattress for the baby, and they put a bed cover instead - sub-optimal at best. The distribution of the apartment is very strange; the dining table is very difficult to access. The hot water runs out quickly; make sure to take baths with enough time in between for larger groups.

The location is great, right in between very high-end clothing shops. The neighbourhood seems to be the safest I have been in all my trips to Paris (4-5 times). The apartment is okay; the bed's mattresses felt new.

There is a lack of glassware. There weren't enough towels for the 6 people that booked. The bedding wasn't easy to find for the beds in the living area.

The location & size is incredible. Check in instructions are very easy to follow.
