We had been to Sully before and was disappointed this time in the town itself as it didn't live up to expectations but the hotel was superb

Lack of soundproof from the parking. Usually when guests leave at 7 am hotels try to provide some resemblance of breakfast or morning coffee and don’t suggest to make it in the room.

We booked a double room and a junior suite. They were very clean and well-maintained. The suite was exceptionally spacious and we liked the structure too. Frederick the host was warm and very helpful in sharing with us that the Chateau Sully-sur-Loire would be closed the following day so that saved the day. We managed to visit it in the afternoon instead after checking in. It was just a stone's throw away, so convenient. He also recommended eating places for the evening. We had a superb dinner. Frederick went the extra mile in helping us to sort out some difficult issues with our car rental as we were left in the lurch with no transport to Amboise. He made several repeated calls to a few parties and was so patient in following up even after we had checked out. The family rates this 10/10, no less. Oh yes, breakfast was superb too!

Lovely terrace to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine from the Loire Valley. Great location. This was my second stay and I will definitely return. A very helpful young lady at the reception desk, knowledgeable about the local area.

Presence of elderly English couple who seemed determined to unnecessarily find fault!

Close to all amenities with private gated courtyard parking. Very helpful and friendly proprietor. We stayed here on our way to and from Austria.An oasis of calm.

Although the hotel was fine, the manager was not particularly friendly and was quite obnoxious when we misplaced our keycard which we found later. A total over reaction. My wife also left a coat in the wardrobe and we did not receive a message via booking.com to inform us or offer to post it on at our expense. Not very nice. we would not stay again.

Well located within walking distance of everything. The hotel is pretty and the room was clean. Free onsite parking was essential for us too.

Outside a tourist period the restaurants in the area are limited.

I usually stay in this hotel when I am in the vicinity for my work. I like the atmosphere of the hotel and welcoming hosts. They have a spacious parking and sometimes when I take a breakfast I enjoy a variety of delicious products.

The room was very nice! Comfortable and quiet with good amenities. A nice view and plenty of room. There were plenty of outlets but one next to the bed would have been perfect.

Absolutely nothing!

This is a lovely hotel, set in a courtyard with seating, shade, trees and parking, two minutes walk from the town centre of Sully-sur- Loire and the River Loire. Wonderful relaxing ambience and decor in hotel, spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms and walk in showers. Wide excellent choice for breakfast with everything clean and very fresh. Reception staff were extremely helpful, booking us into a busy restaurant.
