Had to ask about WiFi myself aš wasn't explained. Booked via booking.com which showed late checkout if upgraded, but didn't receive that.

Lovely place, easy to find. Nice location and not too far from most places. The lady at reception let me know in advance about bus and tram not working the day after.

An issue arose with the showers in our 2 rooms on last day, no pressure in 1 & freezing cold in other but maybe this was an isolated incident

The tea/coffee facility in the room only provided verbena tea. The breakfast on the weekdays was not as good as on Sunday, the selection was less.

The hotel was able to provide our special request of a room for someone with mobility issues

Would recommend going to any of the nearby bakeries for a cheap pastry instead of hotel breakfast which seemed a bit expensive. No other complaints at all!

Great location for all the big attractions and the beach front in Nice! Friendly staff, everything we needed in the room and good value too. Definitely recommend!

I would definitely advise anyone who stays here not to put your clothes in the cupboards in the room, particularly the ones with the shelves. This is because those areas seemed to be infested with some ants. This didn't really bother us as we just lived out of our cases, but it is something to keep in mind and it definitelty is not acceptable. It is also important to note that the building is old fashioned in the sense that the rooms are not electronic key card accessed but actual keys and locks. This was not an issue but an electronic locking system would've been preferred.

The rooms were spacious and came with beautiful big windows that fully opened to give us the optimum view. It was also very easy and straightforward to access other facilities such as Irons which were available at request, at the front desk.

Some milk sachets to go with the coffee in the room would have been nice but was certainly not a deal breaker.

Staff were friendly & location excellent, so central. Basic accommodation but clean and comfortable which is what we required.

Very difficult to find any faults.

Ideally located 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by nice pubs and restaurants. Hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very small bath booth, slow drains, and saw one ant in the washbowl whenever I went back to a hotel and turned on the light in the bathroom. No floor cleaning.

Closed to go any places, market, and restaurants, bakery caffe. Very convenient to eat, do something.

Rooms have very thin walls so every time someone opens or closes the door you could hear it as it was yours.

Taking out two points of the whole score, because of the outside noise - it's practically the same if you have the window closed or open; and the noise coming from the hallway - especially noticeable if someone walks beside your door late at night or early in the morning - even if people don't talk loud, the noise is the same as if they are right beside you; making this point just to be fair and objective, otherwise no other complaints!

Great value for this price. Friendly staff, perfect location, comfortable beds, basically all you would need for your stay. Everything was fresh and clean, and the place was clearly renovated. The hotel is close to the beach, the old town and tram stops, and also close to the train station but at the same time far enough from the train station neighborhood, which is noticeable worse in my opinion for tourists compared to the hotel Busby location
