How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was very helpful to have a kitchenette with kitchenware, but the frying pan was horribly scratched (it's not healthy). I'd suggest changing frying pans and adding spatulas so that they don't get scratched again. Also the flush button in the bathroom was not fixed properly to the wall and kept falling out until we taped it.
The hotel was a good value for the price, friendly staff, our room had a kitchenette and a bedroom, nice facilities (TV, balcony etc). The property has free parking on the territory, very convenient. The location allows to go to Geneve or to ski resorts within an hour. In summer it might also be a good place to go walking in the woods or something. However, the location is good only if you have a car, because otherwise everything is far away, including stores or places to eat.

Nothing, you better have a car if you go there.
Good price quality, 85e for 1 night, room is big and bed is comfortable. Free parking outside.

Although I was given an option to have housekeeping any day between Mon and Fri, once I'd selected Friday unfortunately it didn't take place. There were however plenty of clean towels in my room so it wasn't too much of an issue.

There was not enough lighting in the living room.
The lady at the reception was very helpful and she spoke good English. She organized a taxi at very early morning.

Not all cutlery is in good condition, a part of rooms had windows on a moderately busy road - required to change the room, but the personnel assisted perfectly with this
Stayed here for 2 nights, overall the experience is good and pleasant. Parking is free, personnel is nice and ready to help. Breakfast is ok, but because of COVID restrictions was served in boxes - a kitchen was closed. A really good plus is the availability of a kitchenette in the room - cutlery, plates, and even pots were available. Located really near Swiss border, as well a local shopping center is nearby

The hotel manager is an excellent professional. She made our stay very comfortable and was willing to help for the needs. We travelled with two kids and everything that we had requested was organized very well. The hotel location is perfect as well, very close to the Swiss France border. Lot of free parking available.

Private covered parking (with automatic gate) was fundamental as I and my friends rode motorbikes fully loaded. Reception open till midnight was useful too (many other hotels in the nearby are open till 9-10 pm). The room wasn't actually a room but a small flat with a good small furnished kitchen too. Excellent quality of sleeping (no noises from outdoor or from the neighbours).

Ventilation was noisy throughout the night, Breakfast was really disappointing - we ordered the box to eat in the room, and although it was preordered for a time specified as requested, we waited in the lobby for half an hour for a lousy assembly of items... maybe that morning there was too little staff or it is just badly organized, we don't know, but it was not a nice start into the day, sorry.

Extremely poor breakfast. Seems that these days everybody hides behind the pandemic excuse to provide low-quality breakfasts. ( even for France which is well known for the narrow range of breakfast options) . Also for three days, the was absolutely no house cleaning (either trash or towel set change) but luckily for me I was alone but if I would have been with family this would have been a nightmare issue.
Convenient parking. Spacious rooms with balconies. Closeby to a shopping center and 10 min from Geneva Airport.

We booked a family room of 4 persons.And they have all what we needed. They have kitchenette where we could cook. Enough parking space.Comfortable bed and nice view of the mountain.
