Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location, walking distance from the train station as well as almost walking distance from the old town If not, a tram station is one block away. And just next to the hotel, there is a grocery store. I had a room with the window directly on the street, but with amazing soundproofing - I could see cars passing by just a few meters away, but I did not hear a thing.

The Rooms were clean and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Location of the property was excellent. Definitely a great choice.

AustraliaPlenty of cafés nearby and easy to get around with just a short walk to the tram on Rue Servient. Tickets are available from the supermarket next door, or just tap and go using your contactless bank card to pay for journeys. The hotel is in a fairly central location, well placed for shopping trips and visiting local landmarks, while our room was quiet, set back from the street and away from traffic. The concierge and all staff were polite and helpful.

ItalyThe first night I could not sleep because the room was positioned just above some load / unload area of some supermarket. Super super noisy. But then I asked for a room change and that happened easily. The best thing for the hotel is the staff. Professional. Welcoming. The worst thing for this hotel Is that it really doesn't feel like 4 star hotel. I didn't even have house slippers and other things were just a notch below expectations. Breakfast for example, Is not bad at all, good even. But not 4 star, and the place where breakfast is been served is so tiny, the first day it was absolutely full of people and so noisy. Toilet didn't have closeup lights... So many things that I don't expect in 4 star Hotel. For me it's 3+. For this price, next time I will go to some airBnB.

United StatesI liked everything about Crequi Lyon Part Dieu and would recommend it to anyone.
I chose Best Western because of the value and close proximity to the train station for traveling the next day. The friendly staff gave me a map of the city and told me where to see a stunning view of the city from a small park on the mountain below Notre Dame Fourtiere. They made sure I knew not to dawdle too long among the enchanting outdoor restaurants and be back before the front doors were locked for the night. I loved the cozy courtyard seating area in the center of the buildings. Morning breakfast had an awesome array of choices. Thank you for a wonderful memory.
