We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location, near ships & opposite an attractive lake which was a good to walk the dogs. Easy to find the hotel, room adequate & usual standard to be expected from Campanile. Not at all like some of the reviews I read, the only dealings I had with the staff were at reception when I checked in and she was very friendly and helpful.

Overall it needed modernisation and is not worth the payment I would not use again. The breakfast (optional) was poor value for money too, coffee was good.

United KingdomWe have stayed here for many years but I'm afraid it's gone downhill. Radiator hanging off wall toilet roll holder also hanging off. 2 kettle bases one not working the other wobbled so badly it's dangerous. The menu is shocking. This campanile needs a total refurbishment. I don't think we will stay again.
