We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We wanted to have dinner there but when we came down from our room 20 minutes after checking in we were told they were fully booked. No mention of that at check in. The bed was too large for the room meaning one person had to squeeze down the side. The toilet didn’t flush properly

Nothing, we did not even stay, your picture is the front of tbe building, rooms also round the back, we were not expecting the ritz as it was just a stop over to somewhere else, after a 3 hour drive pulled into car park went into reception lady on desk was quite hostile resturant was not open gave us are room key, we walked round the back to room it was like walking into a ghetto lots of people just hanging around washing all over balconies plus all over trees opposite did not even go up the stairs to the room due to amount of people hanging about felt very intimidated, went back to reception to ask for room round front told no other rooms available, asked lady would she feel comfortable there she would not answer, asked for money back to witch she started talking to me in her own language nowing i would understand, she was definatly well flusted i do not think we were the only people to compline, she would not refund monies we had paid so we left and found other accomodation, which we paid to much for compared with price on your website.

United KingdomThe locks on the doors don’t work and people enter the room without warning. I was changing clothes and a man entered without warning. The hotel is not safe. I reported to the staff but they didn’t care, saying the guy works there so it’s fine. It’s not fine and it’s very scary for a woman. Do not stay there!!!!!! At best you will have things stolen, at worst you could be attacked. Do not stay there.

The a/c wh was essential as tge night before in Tournus without it my son could not sleep. It was ca 33deg C and our car has a/c. Nearby restaurant on the banks of the Marne was great .

United KingdomThe rooms need upgrading. The hotel were busy with a coach party and unable to accommodate our dinner request. They also said they couldn't serve us alcohol as we were not eating and offered us soft drinks only. Seemed strange as we were hotel guests. Arrived at 9.30am for breakfast (which finished at 10am) asked for more scrambled eggs. They refused. Just an overall bad experience.
The location on the outskirts of Epernay and close to the beautiful village of Hautvillier.
