We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

well isolated and good quality breakfast. Because the hearing in our room was broken we got an other room and as compensation we had breakfast for free. very much appreciated!

Germanythe room could. be a tiny bit bigger, include a safe and the bath tube had some mould at the bottom section of the separation that prevents water from flooding the room when you shower. however nothing serious!
Location is Great, 200 meters from the mall and the centre Pompidou. also walking into the old town is quite fast, 20-30 min. the hotel is clean and personal was really friendly, with a good level of English

United KingdomThere was just a misunderstanding with the payment and the deposit which would have been avoided if I would have been informed of the deposit retention beforehand and the staff would have cross checked before I left. But still got sorted after a few days. So my advice is always check and ask for an invoices when it comes about check-ins and check-outs.
The staff helped me to keep some dairy gifts stored during my stancy. The bed was really cosy and my room was quiet and the windows were Wide with blackout curtains, so I could have all the sunlight in the morning and the Dark at bedtime.

CanadaParking was on the street across from the hotel and access to the front of the hotel, by care was confusing, to say the least. Not a huge deal for a 1-night stay, but would have been more of an issue if we had been staying longer and had to use the municipal parking garages nearby.
Nice hotel located immediately next to the main train station and a relatively short walk to the centre of the city. Room was reasonably spacious and nice and clean. Breakfast was quite nice.
