Because of the design of the site, it was not possible to park anywhere near our ground floor room, which is not good when it is raining which it was!

We were driving under very bad weather and came very late to check in. The receptionist had the kindness of leaving the key in our door with instructions so we could have at least a good rest in our stop.

I have stayed here multiple times and the staff have always been helpful and friendly.Rooms are always very clean and the beds are comfy. The hotel is off the highway in a quiet location. Breakfast is a good value for the money.

Dinner! Think you need to look closely at what you are doing here. I have travelled the world for the last forty years and eaten many different foreign foods. You are a hotel in mid country and therefore attract many foreign visitors travelling through France. Your business is not directly aimed at providing fare for locals. Therefore I would suggest it is unwise to have meal options that contain what would be for most, extreme and unusual ingredients which have an ‘acquired’ taste element to them. The Andouillette sausage made from intestine and colon and smells of decay is certainly not palatable to most foreigners. It was undercooked and certainly contained no pepper, onion or wine. Google it and it says tripe sausage best to be avoided! Why the heck would you have this on your menu? Crazy. And yes we gagged, we laughed like hell at the revolting plate we had served. Never mind the taste, visually too it sat on the plate looking like a horses penis. Not exactly appetising! So yes, I can certainly say not one of your best ideas. Green beans were from the freezer, poorly cooked and soggy. Fortunately we found excellent fare in Montucon centre to wash the horrid taste of your sausage from our mouths. After our dinner repulsion we decided to avoid breakfast.

A budget hotel. Comfortable bed, hot water, towels, nice body wash, quiet site. Convenient to Road network.

The Television haven't some chains; the staff say me that it's normal. In the bathroom, no way to take a bath ! External painting are too much degraded

noise from room next door, the over all look of the hotel, pealling paint, rotten wood.

The hotel is ok but could really do with a facelift it is in need off a major overhauel both inside and out, which is a shame as the staff are great and the food was very good, the bedroom walls are paper thin ,so we sat in our room listerning to next door all night (not good).
