Small inconveniences: drinking water access, strange system of fresh towels renewals, noisy door in bathroom. Would very appreciate freezer in a room, but there are none unfortunately.

The hotel was perfect. The metro station was 2 minutes away and within 10 minutes we were in the Paris Center. Clean and quiet room. The hotel staff was perfect too.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Really close to public transport stations. We could left the luggage twice without any complain. We have not had breakfast, but the bakery is at the corner to take some food with you for city tour.

The room hair dryer was not working, we didn’t have any previous information about this, I only found out after trying many times and finally deciding to contact the staff. Although they let me use another room to dry my hair, they told me they would get me one hair dryer soon, but I never did. Besides that, the room was too warm for the temperatures outside, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature (I believe the heating system is centralised).

The room was pretty good and clean, the bar also seemed to be a good space to spend some time (although we didn’t use the area). There are many transport options near the property, you can get to any tourist attraction pretty fast.

Metro line 13 is very busy and not the best iption if you travel with kids. There is also bus close to the hotel, but is very slow comparing to metro

We were here for the second time, and again we liked Clichy and the hotel very very much. It is close to the metro, who brings you to Paris in an eyeblink and one hour walk to the museum Louis Vuitton. ( also reachable by metro or bus). We parked the car just opposite in P Indigo, €22 for 24 hrs Thank you dear Marina, who was our beautiful and adequate host.

Very small room. No tables. TV was facing other side of bed. Not at all recommended with family. Very congested room.

I asked for a blanket for my baby but was provided a bedsheet, they did not do the refreshment for the room so we had to make the bed and clean up when we got at night

More hot food at breakfast, such as sausages and beans? A comfy/cushioned chair in the rooms. Sink plug was temperamental, so we took them out. The drains did not stink, so there was no odd smell if you had forgot to put the plug back in! Rooms could do with a refresh, but it didn't stop us enjoying our holiday.

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff!! We had three rooms which were placed very close together which gave us peace of mind. Quiet corridors and outdoors. The rooms were clean, didn't smell and were very comfortable. Air con worked like a dream! Check out time was simply perfect!!!!

This hotel feels like a business hotel in a residential area, but it's affordable and close to a metro that you can take to travel around Paris. The room was clean and comfortable. There are also many amenities like a laundromat, Aldi, Carrefour, and a weekend farmers market in the area.

Loud neighbours.

Place is only 5 minutes from the subway. Room was clean but we could hear the person living above us quite loudly. Staff were very nice. We didn't had breakfast, but near there is a few bakeries and amazing pizza place! It was quite cheap comparing to prices in Paris. It's a bit further from the city centre but you can reach major landmarks with subway within 30 min.

The air conditioning was turned off and has a child lock so the room was very warm the first night. I mentioned it to the receptionist who kindly removed the lock and all was well.

There was no possibility to switch on the heating and during the nights it was a bit cold. The bathroom was very cold so after going out from shower it was really uncomfortable to stay. Small mistakes during checkin, but the mistakes did not repeat during our stay so we are cool. Small table and space for depositing belongings. ( good for a short stay, but not for a longer one) The availability of a fridge, would be considered a great advantage.

The location was great, near the bus station and metro with places to eat right next to the hotel. The area was quiet and so it was the hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. Comfortable Bed. Good breakfast although no veggies available

The temperature cannot be adjusted in the room itself. When it was 18-20 degrees Celsius outside, the room was already extremely warm and we had to open the window during the night. However, there is quite some noise on the streets around the hotel and in the weekend there is a market that starts early, which increases the noise. This place might be better to visit in the winter when it’s colder outside.

The hotel is close to the metro and there are multiple bakeries nearby. The room itself is clean and has a good size. The bed and shower are comfortable.

Only wee issue was some of the housekeeping in the rooms. Carpets are near done and the shower head wasnt the cleanest or the most powerful.

It was warm and welcoming, nice and fresh reception and comfort was spot on. The staff can't do enough I can't comment on breakfast as I didn't partake in eating any but all looked nice fresh and smelled great.
