How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but unfortunately the immediate local area is not a safe place to be walking around at night, but for the price of the hotel, ça passe !
The rooms and overall hotel environment were very clean and well-presented. Staff were attentive and helpful, and I liked that the lifts were keycard operated, giving extra security.

You get what you pay for, the hotel is basic. The area it is in is not for the feint hearted, we booked it for the close proximity for a concert.
Reasonable budget hotel close to The Zénith music venue. We were greeted well, check in was smooth and room was basic but clean. Everything worked in the room, was fitness for purpose.

We stayed here for just a night, so we didn't spend much time in the room, but for the price it was perfectly fine. A nice clean room, with everything as advertised. A working shower and a comfy bed is all I really need for a short stay, and that's what I got.

Noises from the corridor an especially slamming of doors and cleaning staff. Also, the window didn’t tilt so it felt a bit stuffy.
Tiny room with double bed. A relatively big bathroom made up for It. A small desk to work at, a TV.

The area didn’t feel safe with men hanging around on the corner of the road.
Close to tube station. Room was pleasant and the bed was made and changed towels every day, great thank you.

i liked how it was close and accessible to everywhere i needed to go in my visit! Staff very friendly and helpful as well as very clean and tidy. Also felt very secure and safe!!

Nothing I found made me dislike the property.
The staff upon arrival were very friendly, polite and smiley! It was a 15 minute walk away from le zenith! The facilities were very good, tv, vending machines, microwave, etc

Too many codes to enter and to get out of the parking lot. Also, no elevator from the parking lot to the hotel, in case you have luggage.
Good wifi for bussiness travelers. Parking lot 15€/night. Is kind of close and well connected to the city center.

Shower leaking, carpet not so clean, no toilet brush available to clean the WC, only large bath towels and no small towels for the hands. Room's temperature too hot, made the air dry. It was difficult to sleep. Wifi could not be accessed the way we were told it would work. Two years ago I stayed in the same hotel and the room was cleaner. It's a decrease in quality, based on my experience.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was abundant and had a quite broad variety of food items.

nothing wrong with the hotel itself, we picked it because we went to La Vilette / Le Zenith and it is very close, but the area can be a bit strange, even just outside the hotel, better check your pockets and bags!

We went to a gig at the zenith arena. We could walk there and back within 20 minutes. Rooms were basic but clean.

Water wasn't quite hot, when everybody take a shower, only when we arrived around 14 am, in the morning it was hard to take the shower(
Room was comfortable, everything you need comfortable bad, extra pillow, warm blanket. Tee and coffee was available in the room. Breakfast was quiet good, especially fresh juice which you can do by yourself according to your taste.

The room was rather cold, even though we had the heating full. The water was also almost cold the last day. Only one towel per person (for face, body, everything). Only one small pillow per person. The area is quite far from the centre and not very safe.
Nice, basic hotel. Provides only the basics. Every day cleaning and change of towels. Located in front of the metro station.
