As we are 2 adults and a child, we always get the handicap room, it would better to get a new family room instead. As the previous travels, ordering food to the room such as pizza was not available.

great hotel to make middle stop on a long car travel. Enough free parking with possibility of e-car charging. this is the 5th time I have been stayed here, and will do again on my next trip. Staff always very friendly.

great stay. This is already the 4th time we stay here. What's greta this time was that we got a bigger room, and not the handycap room as usual due to we are 2 adults + 1 child.

We stayed one night…no complaints

The smart technology is a great feature. We had 2 adjoining rooms for our 3 children. The location is great. There are enough restaurants and bakeries to go to. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were great.

The price we paid was more than agreed on booking.com. The hotel was pet friendly, luckily there was only one dog!

The nicest and most polite service in the area. We’ve explored Lyon and Burgundy and were overall very dissaponted with the service, this place, at the end of our stay, helped us leave the area feeling a bit better about it! Room is well set up, has all the comforts for a short stay. It is newly furnished and clean. Beds are spacious and comfortable, bathroom is great and the TV is easily accessed by your mobile devices.

Little breakfast sausages (delicious) ended before 9am and the lady said there wont be more sausages. Breakfasts are up much longer and most people came at like 9:30. I think everything should be available much longer.

Nice hotel, great staff. Good breakfast. The staff allowed us to store our bags for few hours while exploring Lyon.

There was a lack of vegan food in the hotel, though this is not unusual in France, and there was a vegetarian option.

The shower was very good, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Very remote location. Difficult to find anything to do for the kids, although there is a fussball table in reception. No close by playground, no place to go for a walk, only one restaurant in the area (burger place, with nice staff and good athmosphere, but not great food).

No restaurant during weekends. Poorly staffed during nighttime (a customer had to wait for quite a while to get the car gate open).

24/7 registration. We came at night and had no problems with accommodation. A friendly personnel. Nice clean room with all basic things needed. Mobile wireless charge a side the bed was especially comfortable.

After leaving the hotel, we were told that we had damaged one leg of the bed (without any proof), which was nonsense and they wanted us to pay for it. I had to contact booking and it was not pleasant. Eventually everything was cleared up and I did not pay anything.

Nice modern environment, interesting possibilities thanks to their app, for example remote controlled lights, toilet, elevator, etc... They also have a robot, but it didn't work for us.
