How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I wanted to comb my hair using the straightener and there was no sockets in the bathroom. There were sockets in the room but away from the mirror.

I don't like the paid parking for guests.
We enjoyed the breakfast, and the small farm animals. Also great that late check in was no problem.

Shame the pancakes/crepes were fridge temperature at breakfast. We sat in the almost empty bar area for about 5 mins whilst deciding what we wanted and one of the members of staff got a bit pushy about us ordering something or going to sit in the reception area.
Really comfy beds. Loved the animals.

Beds were not that comfortable. And the breakfast could have been better

We had a problem with the shower going from hot to cold while we weren’t doing anything so in the middle of my toddlers shower it went freezing then burning hot. Some staff were a little rude.
The property was very clean. Their characters were fab and very interactive with our daughter. Some staff were lovely and helpful. The property had a good location and was super close to Disney and had a shuttle.

Thin walls when next to the main door entrance of ground floor. Could hear everyone coming in.
Brilliant property for staying next to Disney without Disney prices. Brilliant breakfast in morning and good shuttle bus options to Disney.

It was very noisy in the room. You could hear everything going on down at the bar area. The bed was a little hard and again was very noisey so when you rolled over it would wake you up.
The location was great, 10 minute journey via the free shuttle bus to Disneyland. The price was also very reasonable.

Shuttle Buses more frequent .
Very good choice of Breakfast. Room Was a little too small for 4 persons, but we managed . The Beds are not so comfortable . Clean Rooms . The shuttle bus was ok in the mornings, but would be very full in the evenings . But Apart it's convenient and free . The reception is full of games for the young ones.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious. Plenty of room for me and my 2 daughters. They loved the bunk beds! Good value for what you pay.

Very hard double bed. No tea making facilities. The amount of people trying to get on the shuttle bus in the morning!! Very noisy and chaotic breakfast with lots of school groups.
The animals at the farm. Location. The buffet at the evening meal. Free shuttle bus. Characters at breakfast.
