The hotel was very expensive and my room did not have a fridge so although we bough drinks from the local shop as a bottle of coke was £4.50 in the hotel, we could not get the drinks cold.

This hotel is perfect for kids and only a 10 min shuttle ride to Disneyland.

Breakfast was in a separate building and I had to wait outside (in the rain as there was no shelter). The lady hosting us at our table came across as arrogant, tone of voice and body language (rolled her eyes at us when she was going to sit another family on our table with our belongings on it)

It was close to the Disney parks and there is a free shuttle service to the parks. Very reasonable priced

Few items on the menu when ordering take out , although we paid for breakfast on the last day, we had to leave at 7am sharp we weren’t able to have our breakfast since it wasn’t open.

Great location only 10 mins ride to Disneyland. The rooms were always clean and safe. The farm and the playground was a plus for the children to play around.

Great to have shuttle busses but would be better to have own specific shuttle buses as they were over loaded and at times, in my opinion not safe.

The quality of some of food has gone down since we were here last. The sausages and wet eggs were not good. The hotel doesn’t provide much, not even a coffee machine in the rooms, no tea or even waters, no fridge, no wash cloths only towels. The rooms were a bit rough and need some renovations. The paint was peeling in spots. Only shampoo and hand soap provided, no bar of soap or conditioner, nothing. You can see how much they try to cut costs.

We’ve stayed here a few times. The breakfast buffet is decent. Not amazing but good. The beds are comfortable.

The queues for the restaurant for breakfast and the lack of some foods with no real catering for my other half, who is coeliac.

Rooms are a little dated, but clean. The restaurant in the evening was a very long wait for the food. And the food was ok. Had to return the fish as it was still cold in the middle. The staff were nice and helpful. .

The little farm was lovely. Great for the little ones. Enjoyed the breakfast, good choice of food available.

1. Female staff at check in (late at night on the 9th of February) was incredibly disrespectful, and literally offensive towards my sister and I in French thinking we didn’t understand, turning to her colleague and saying “These little bitches are starting to annoy me”. We had questioned the city tax amount since the charged amount was considerably higher than what is stated on Booking, and also requested an extra room key. In total, we didn’t take longer than 5 minutes to check in and ask all of our question, to which she showed an arrogant, not helpful and rude attitude. 2. There are signs around the hotel prohibiting bags of all sizes and shapes in the breakfast room to avoid guests stealing food (?) - had never seen that before anywhere and think it’s beyond. Guests are paying for all-you-can-eat breakfast regardless, unless people showed up to breakfast with empty takeaway containers, that’s an extreme measure. In turn, guests have to waste time going back to their rooms after breakfast to get their bags, not out of choice.

Great breakfast selection, rooms are practical and clean. Good location for the price. Farm animals are adorable.

The practical element of this hotel and free shuttle bus was fantastic. Ideal for families. Would return again. My children loved the mascots at breakfast and the mini farm / petting zoo on site.

I don't like the paid parking for guests.

We enjoyed the breakfast, and the small farm animals. Also great that late check in was no problem.

Shame the pancakes/crepes were fridge temperature at breakfast. We sat in the almost empty bar area for about 5 mins whilst deciding what we wanted and one of the members of staff got a bit pushy about us ordering something or going to sit in the reception area.

Really comfy beds. Loved the animals.
