We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNot the hotels fault but the choice of eating near the hotel was very limited - an issue with Chantilly - as the Campanile restaurant was closed the evening we stayed.
We used to visit the original motel style out of town Campaniles with our children when driving through France on route to a holiday destination. This was well over 20 years ago. This time we were on our own and this was one of the original Campaniles. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were great- yes the place needs a bit of work to bring it up to scratch and it might not be worth it but we were expecting that. The stay brought back great memories for us.

United KingdomThe room had virtually no insulation from the adjacent rooms or the outside environment. It is surrounded by jet car washes that are a constant intrusion, late into the evening and early morning.
Nice clean room, with good decor. Breakfast was nice, good selection of items on offer.
