Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomYou need to clean every part of your mobile home including, kitchen, bathroom, defrost fridge, sweep rooms etc ( they give you a long list) in order to get your damage deposit back.
Fantastic campsite with great activities and brilliant swimming pools, kids really loved it.

JerseyThe one downside was the linen and towels ( there was none) having camped and caravaned often we are all use to bringing our own however having previously visited this site, with kelair, with tonnes of bedding only to find it fully equipped this time we didn't bother. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there were no sheets or towels. I would expect this to be made clearer, perhaps an email before travel! That said, the team was pretty helpful and sorted out some sheets.
We visited as a large family group and had 4 chalets. We had a brilliant holiday; easy to get to from the ferry at St. Malo, lovely chalets all together in a quite spot on the site, loads of fun activities, helpful freindly staff. What's not to love?

JerseyWe loved it all. Word of warning g check the booking .com directions, we ended up at a random train station 10 miles away. Not the end of the world, we called Kelair and a lovely person (Alison?) Sent us directions and sorted us out.
Everything about this campsite is great, we enjoyed every minute. The kelair team are fab, really helpful nothing is too much trouble. The caravan was well equiped and in a lovely peaceful spot. The on site entertainment is fantastic we didn't stop, high ropes, pools, pony rides, Brill! The shop on site is a bit pricey but is well stocked and great for daily stuff like bread and milk. For everything else there's a choice of supermarkets a stones throw away. Lots of options for day trips if you can pull the kids away from the site. All in all a fab holiday

United KingdomThe positioning of the mobile home and the leak inside perhaps could have been addressed sooner.
The mobile home was angled away from the sun so unfortunately we couldn’t benefit from the morning sun to have our breakfast outside. It was under trees which would have been lovely if it was very sunny. But it rained a lot at night which meant it was very noisy.

AustraliaAccessibility was difficult for wheelchair. Knowing we would be travelling with a wheelchair, we were still given a chalet with 3 steps up to it, we were provided with ramps but they were too steep. There were cabins with 1 step up to them which would have made it much easier. It is very expensive if there are less than 6 people staying in the cabin. The shower design means that the water sprays all over the floor when you start it and wait for it to heat up. Only 1 little desktop fan was provided and the cabin got quite warm, luckily this was only on our last 2 days. We asked about another fan, but they didn't have any. We had issues with the toilet not flushing and the team acted quickly to fix it, but did not check it after they supposedly fixed it, and left us with a cistern that filled all night, but we couldn't use the toilet. It was eventually fixed properly the next afternoon.
Cabins are basic but clean. Location is good. Area was quiet at night time and early mornings. Nice verandah to sit out in the mornings and evenings which helps to extend the size of the cabin.

United Kingdomdecor of one of the mobile homes straight out of the 80s. kettles could do with descaling and would prefer a dishwasher to and oven as we bbq most days !
we book two mobile homes as a group booking as was with friends and one of the mobile homes, much nicer reconditioned compared to the other one, but overall we really enjoyed our stay with kelair and will definitely return.
