Needs a shop bar restaurant as when you get back from the Disney parks there is nothing open

Pool was out of action as being refurbed but was made aware of the sat time of booking which I appreciated will be even better when this is complete

The space in the rooms was a little hard to manoeuvre around but that is a very small issue

The grounds were very muddy, it was pouring with rain and the parking was a walk up a muddy hill.

Nothing major - some minor points -Attention to a little more on the cleaning -possibly renew some of the pillows etc -site undergoing some work we were able to park outside your caravan our location unfortunately was muddy and silt from the new works so just had to be mindful entering

Family Bungalow Accommodation was good for what you need on a short stay , comfortable , site was quiet , clean ideal location for Disney and visiting Paris Priced well Staff were friendly and inviting Good Base for a family .

No staff or security personnel on site. There was a very loud residents late at night but no one on site to deal with him.

As mentioned in communication prior to our stay there was construction work going on on the site at the time we were staying, unfortunately the location of our cabin was close to the entrance to the park so there was traffic throughout the day from VERY early in the morning which disturbed our sleep. Also on the morning we left the hot water went off and I had to endure a cold shower which was not ideal. The bedrooms were very compact but the kitchen/dining space and children's playroom compensated for this.

We had an enjoyable stay for a couple of nights. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful and it was a quick and easy process. The cabin was clean and everything was in good condition; it looked almost brand new! The children's park was lovely and our two really enjoyed playing in it. The location of the park was really to access from the main road and was only 10 minutes drive to a big shopping park with a large supermarket and selection of restaurants at Claye Souilly. It was also pretty close to Disneyland Paris (around 20 mins) and the big Val D'Europe shopping Centre there.

Rooms were great. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the pool and site facilities were closed for maintenance.

The pool was closed due to refurbishment which is why I upgraded to a spa property, to then find out the spa didn’t work. Very disappointing as we were not told about this when checking in; it was only when I questioned it. Was told all spas were not working so couldn’t be moved. Hoping to get a refund on the upgrade. No entertainment or place to eat on site.

Fantastic outdoor space for the children to explore. The site was clean and well maintained. Stayed in a 4 bedroom VIP with spa which was surprisingly much bigger than expected. Two toilets, two showers and two kingsize beds. Smaller rooms had two single beds in each. Kitchen was well equipped, if choosing to cook. Breakfast was plentiful and dropped off each morning to your doorstep. 20 minutes from Disneyland (€50 in an Uber, €75 metered taxi). Approximately 10 minutes from Claye Souilly which had shopping, places to eat, a gym and things for the children to do. (€20 in Uber).

Accomodation is small, you would want to spend loads of time in there. The barrier didn't open for us either evening which was a bit annoying

The mobile house was small and a bit cold. Not much space to keep our clothes. There could be more facilities to buy food or eat out. The parking spot in your mobile house should be reserved for the people staying there. One night we found another car parked there, it was late, our child was asleep, and it was uncomfortable having to look for another spot. Later, next morning, we were told parking was only guaranteed in the camping.

The location is really close to Disneyland and to Paris. Facilities in the bungalow were good: the kitchen, the heat pump, the radiator in the shower room…We didn't have much time to explore the camping because of the bad weather and our schedule. Probably it would be a better a option for summer time. It’s also well-connected.

Parking near cabin not marked. There were multiple occasions where others would park where we were told to park for our cabin. This made things very inconvenient when we came back late at night. I suggest marking a spot for each cabin or designate an overflow parking area. We also had a tough time with entering due to our vehicle plates being entered wrong. Took us about 2 days to realize that was the problem. The guy up front should’ve confirmed our plates when we gave it to him.

Perfect for Disneyland Paris and kids loved the caravan and park onsite if we had gone in warmer weather and the pool was open we would go for longer. Loved the heating/aircon. Doesn’t have an oven but can get many microwave meals kids loved.
