Clean and modern with a beautiful view from up above overlooking the sea. A 10-minute descent to the coastal hiking trail - nice, prompt service as well (Jean-Christian granted us a later check out so we could more leisurely explore the coast in the morning - much appreciated).

Shower was almost off the wall, uncomfortable chairs, keys weren't in their place when we arrived and owner didn't even apologized.

Feet should be at hand ;) if you are without transport, i e without car or motor: grauceries, train station are not to close. Early checkout of 10 00 (preliminary fairly noticed)

The dishes, plates, pots and refrigerator were badly cleaned. Traces of food. Kitchen and kitchenware needs a renewal.

Bathroom hygiene and balcony door.

The view was incredible, the infinity pool was also a lovely add on. Would have been better if the bathroom could be cleaner and the door to the balcony would be fixed.

the booking was for 4 persons and we were expecting 2 beds. there was one bed and a tiny convertible sofa. there were no bed sheets and pillow covers

I would have liked for the location to be better marked because there are two locations between Monaco and France with the same name. Also, I think it would have been better to have someone meet me at reception. If my phone was dead I would have been unable to enter my room and would have been unable to sleep at the hotel or call a taxi to bring me elsewhere.

The host was very accomodating to me. My phone was going to die and I was unable to call because of a defect with my SIM card, but they used WhatsApp to contact me and make sure I got settled in.

This is not an apartment for adults only. Bunk beds are for kids not for adults and located in the entrance hall!!!

In the apartment itself spaces are tiny, especially the toilet and bathroom. For a week or so it’s livable. And i guess with two it would be certainly good enough to have your vacation here. We where with three (adult) persons and it was clearly tighter. I think with four (adults) it would be to tight i guess. Actually it’s a studio, not an apartment. Nevertheless it’ll do. The apartment is a bit dated, and not the most spick and span one, but still fresh and clean enough due to the restorations that happened in the past i would say. The biggest dislike in my opinion is in the badroom that the bathroom-bar on the wall (where the sprayer head is locked in) was loose. It looked like it could fall from the wall every moment. Also the light from the kitchenette didn’t worked, but these things are repairable. Also the internet-connection didn’t work the first two days (we needed a connection for the job of my travel-compagnon). We mentioned it to the owner. He reacted quickly and planned a technician to fix the problem the next day. Due to a car-malfunction we had to stay a night longer. Luckily the apartment was free that evening and Jean-Christian (the owner) charged the same price as the other nights. Thanks for this J.C.

The location of the apartment (424) itself was just perfect. In between a little 10 minutes from Monaco or 20 minutes (depending how you drive to Nice - we took the sea-coast roads) to Nice, or the mountain-roads with it small and medieval villages like La Turbie, Peille, etc. The view from the apartment is just outstanding with it’s endless look towards the Mediterranean Sea. This opinion counts as well for the nice and clean infinity-pool. You’ll see nice yachts as well floating (or departing from - arriving to Monaco) in front of the apartment/coast of Cap D’ail. Also the included parking lot is very handy and a plus. The environment of the apartments is also clean and well maintained like the pads and stairs towards the apartment(s) and infinity-pool. The instructions Jean-Christian (the owner) gave us to get the keys and description how to go to the apartment where clear.

The residence architecture includes wooden stairs from one floor to the other that really melt in the surrounding nature. I had the chance to do some morning yoga from the solarium at the pool with the sea view and it was a lovely way to start the day. I would go back

The apartment is rather old, You can see it on the equipment, sofa has a complex opening structure and miss the comfort of using. The air-condition did not work - and the contact with the owner was just awful: he literally avoid to support how to switch the device of rather to admit that it is broken. The temperature might be the biggest disadvantage here - we came just for the night but already from the early hours it started to be warm (...and air-condition did not work). The layout of the apartment - with 2 level bedroom bed just at the entrance is pretty hilarious. I guess, this place is done to suit MonteCarlo goers - rather than travelling families like we were.

The apartment is located literally on the side of the rock - to reach it You go on the wooden structure sticked to the side of the mountain. View from the balcony is breathtaking, balcony is large enough to organize quite some time there.

There is ZERO ambiance in the apartment, no amenities at all, there is not even a bottle of water. No smart TV, very small bedroom, the only nice thing was the balcony.

Beautiful view. Extremely pleasant apartment, especially for a short stay. We had everything we needed. Good value for money. The parking is excellent, the car is not in the sun. See you again.
