You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Israelroom is small I was alone in the room so it was not a problem but for 2 people for more than 1 night it is small Please note that the trip to return a rental car on the Swiss side of the airport takes 20 minutes and GPS navigation is required because it is a complicated road

United KingdomAlthough we had a good welcome, we found that unlike it said on one or two of the reviews, there was no shuttle bus available, because we arrived and left outside the designated period.(Which I believe is only between the hours of 11 am and 4 pm!) We found booking a taxi was extremely difficult - we couldn't speak French well enough to communicate verbally, and the taxi driver would only be sure to come if we had paid upfront on the website - which wasn't working properly! We spent a frustrating hour trying to book, and found that we couldn't get any help from the receptionist. In the end, another guest helped us to book the taxi. We paid an extra 40 Euros - 10 Euros in the daytime, and 30 Euros in the night.
This property was in close proximity to the airport. We needed to book at very short notice because of a cancelled flight. It was very good value for money, and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was ready for us to eat at just before 4 am, and there was good choice.
