Cleanliness was so-so - There was some considerable mold in the corners of my room.

Location is not bad, fairly close to the metro and with various dining options nearby. Staff was friendly. In general, good value for money by Paris standards.

Breakfast, sure tiny room in the underground accessible only by steep stairs. I don't feel comfortable to get there. I understand that offer in that small hotel can't be as big as a bigger hotel but the price was similar. Next time I will go without breakfast and go to a cafe across the street.

The location is great, 20min by foot from the Eiffel tower, a nice cozy street with shops and restaurants around.

Extremely bad sound insulation. Like many hotels in Paris the rooms are small and cramped together, making hearing noise across rooms/floors very previlant. It is an old building so there are previlant cracks throughout the room. A clean bathroom was also lacking

Very nice location with easy access to specialized shops, bakeries, general store as well as restaurants (Les Artisans being our favorite).10-15 min walks to nearest metro, 25 min to Eiffel Tower. Very friendly staff! Best part of the stay. Please note that you are very much in a local Parisian neigbourhood, so expect travel to see city centre.

Very small rooms, but maybe thats the norm in Paris! The shower was a bit hard to get in and out of with an awkward small door on the corner.

Love this location, only 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and in the middle of two metro stations a walk away. Everything you could need just outside or short walk away - cafe just across the road, fromagerie around the corner, patisserie right next door, multiple supermarkets nearby. Clean rooms

Due to dampness, there are traces of mold in the bathroom and the wooden door is swollen. Broken shower fittings, 2/3 light bulbs were broken and blinked/did not light. In the corner of the living room there were traces of mold on the wall, there was a broken sconce that spoiled the appearance of the room. There is an ironing board and an iron - but the board is old and stained, the iron has black residue and can ruin your clothes. There were problems connecting to Wi-fi on the sixth floor.

Friendly staff, ready to help and answer questions. Reception 24/7 - no need to worry about safety. Good location and walking distance to the historical city center. Great view from the room window. Large and comfortable bed, clean towels, room cleaning.

The hotel room was extremely small with little room for the suitcases.

Hotel is a good location and within walking distance to the Eifel Tower with plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area to choose from. Night reception staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom was small and the shower was extremely small. Bathroom also had very poor lighting. Thin walls. You can hear the other guests in the hotel.

Wi-Fi was non existent above lobby level, and we heard a few clients asking how they could connect only to be effectively fobbed off with keep trying to reconnect etc. The shower cubicle is small and not exactly powerful especially if you flush the toilet.

The hotel is about 30 mins walk from the Champ Du Mars (Eiffel tower) 40 mins from Musee D’Orsay and is situated in a very Parisian part of the city. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast usual continental at Euro 12 pp. in small breakfast room.

There was absolutely no ventilation in the room and it was obvious by the smell that air is very humid. Clothes smelles like the room afterwards. Also, room seemed outworn, the same with public facilities (except for lobby).

Perfect location with a lot of eating options around and multiple metro stations nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a problem with light in bathroom.

I stay here only for one night with my friend and we like it. The room was big, clean and nice. Staff were kind and helpful. Location is good and close to trains and buses. It takes 25 minutes to walking to Eiffel Tower.

We arrived and the lady behind the desk took a good 2 minutes to even acknowledge we were there. There are no tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was very weak.

As others have said, the location is great and definitely value for money from that point of view. The staff are very helpful, their communication with me from booking up until check in was fantastic.

No lift for the suite which is on the 1st floor at the corner of the building. Need to carry heavy luggage through a narrow stairs

Booked the suite which is spacious. Easy access to grocery, restaurants, and self-services laundry of the neighborhood. Taxi fare to Eiffel Tower is about 10 Eur

Very friendly staff. The hotel is situated next to a square with green trees and bistros, and it has a nice neighbourhood atmosphere. The connections with bus and metro is great in different directions. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance.
