We had a little difficulty getting along with the washing machine, but at the end, after prolonged strange behavior she did what we needed. Some things were missing but we bought them cheap at local supermarket (like shower gel etc.).

Great, well equipped apartment with everything you need for any length of the stay. Strongly recommend! Three different supermarkets around the corner, boulangerie next door, fromagerie across the street. Railway station in a 10-15 minute walk, tram even closer, pedestrian street with restaurants - 5 minute walk, famous promenade Anglais one block away. Additional bonuses for a separate bathroom and toilet - very convenient for a larger group. Shutters gave darkness, earplugs - silence (in a bedroom facing the street).

I just loved Nice and this was a perfect base to explore it. Patricia was absolutely lovely and was able to accommodate meeting us early which was very much appreciated after our early start to fly in! The apartment had everything we needed and was a short walk to Promenade des Anglais. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Due to its location, if you leave window open during night, it could hear traffic for front room.

Big apartment within walking distance to the beach, tram, train station, grocery store and the old town. One of the bedrooms was overlooking an interior courtyard with a nice garden and very quiet. Very good communication with the owner.

The sofa in the living room has seen better days, but that is really just a minor point.

The location of the appartment is just perfect. you can discover Nizza by foot from herr. The appartment is equipped with everything you need and is good for families with children as well as only adults. Everything was very clean from bathroom, rooms to kitchen.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Patricia was a kind and attentive host who did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. Within walking distance of the beach, train station, tram and plenty of restaurants. As well as enjoying Nice, we were able to visit Cannes and Monte Carlo. A wonderful holiday :)
