Very welcoming staff. A clean, comfortable, and modern room in a good location. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk into the old part of Tours. Breakfast is not included in the room price, but the variety of food offered is superb, so I highly recommend purchasing it. We look forward to staying here again.

We only booked one night as we were travelling South If I booked again I would definitely book and extra night so I could explore the town in more detail

Nothing, except making my stomach bigger so I could eat more of the breakfast!!

We were greeted with a very friendly receptionist who explained everything and showed us our room - a nice touch indeed. The free parking was great, especially as we had two road bikes on our car that needed to be kept secure. The room was a good size, very clean and well-decorated in a contemporary style. The location is fabulous, in a quiet area, very accessible to the centre of Tours (10-min walk), but also easy to get back out onto the main roads when travelling. The host was really friendly and helpful in the morning and the breakfast was great - a brilliant selection, including a huge range of jams and local honey, which was another lovely touch. Would very highly recommend.

There is not anything to mention here. I only wish we stayed longer but came back after a few days with our friends from Paris who have a home in Poitiers.

Excellent/Friendly service, charming beautiful, stylish establishment, delicious breakfast, nice rooms and free parking. A few minutes walking to attractions and city. Lots of recommendations. Pascale, his wife and the staff are amazing! Especially Loved Coralie..Pascale is a person who really cares and makes his guests feel welcomed and well-taken care of..My only recommendation in Tours is Castel Fleuri. No need to look further

Everything was fine.

Very easy to find and convenient for parking. Just a short walk over the bridge to the old city centre. Pascal was very helpful in recommending where to eat.

Pascal was very welcoming to Castel Fleuri, testing my kids on their conversational French and informing us about what to do in the area. He was very jolly and caring, clearly taking pride in and enjoying what he does. The location was exceptional, very close to the city centre. Clean, organised and very good value.

The room was simple, clean and the Host could not have been more helpful we arrived late after a long drive from Calais in dreadful weather and Pascal was waited for us, he then pointed in the direction of an excellent restaurant in the town which was just a short walk away. Perfect.

Nothing really. The parking lot could be a bit crowded but it’s a fantastic place to park the car, gated and safe.

The owners and team are beyond nice and helpful. They are very helpful and attentive to every need. The entire place has a touch and feeling that hotels cannot match. Everybody is greeted and treated with high respect and attention.

Excellent location, just a stroll to to centre of Tours and what scenic stroll over the bridge. Fantastic hosts who looked after us well. Easy to find when driving in on Motorbikes and secure parking.

It was very hot when we were there and the room was in full Sun so we could have done with air conditioning.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good, the room was excellent too and the location was nice just a stones throw from the river.
