Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Gentlemen at reception was so helpful we were able to arrive at a very late time of 4am but still was able to accommodate us with our booking bed mattress and pillows were out of this world nice and comfortable slept like a baby we both did super aircon very happy just location was random but that won't effect anyones stay as metro and a massive shopping centre opposite and we were able to leave our car even after check out Thank you for the hospitality we will defo recommend to our family and friends

TaiwanAddress is wrong on BOOKING.COM, they didn't updated it. When u arrive at destination, there is no way to know where is the hotel. You have to guess and if you are enough smart, you will find it on the corner of the block. The main entrance is not really glam, let's say , it's looking like a building where deliverers drops their stuffs.

Russiavery very bad wifi. thin walls. There were moments I could not fall asleep, because, judging by the sounds, one couple had a quarrel along with a fight. and there were very loud screams. twice in the hotel the siren worked in the middle of the night and I was very scared. poor breakfast.
very polite staff. everything is clean, the bed is very clean, the hot water was excellent. despite the heat, the room was very comfortable. cleaning takes place every day. room size is good. safe area.

GermanyThe hotel is located in a run-down area. Lots of trashed cars in the parking lot and surrounding area. The hotel grounds were unkept. There were a lot of questionable people around the area. I was concerned about the security of my car. The room was mostly clean except for some hairs in the lamp. Room needed a lot of maintenance, and the air conditioning made random clicking sounds all night.
The price was good. Parking was available. 10min walk to the metro. Air conditioning.
