Nice simple place to stay. Practical with excellent location. Booked the room due to the Emirates debacle where we got stranded in Dubai for 3/4 days. Worked perfectly for us.

Could do with a few more basic essentials in the room. Perhaps a full length mirror and basic tea and coffee facilities (even though it is in common area) it’s nice to wake up and have a drink without having to get dressed.

Amazing value for money! The location is perfect, only a couple of minutes from the metro/tram that can reach every part of the city. Quiet and peaceful little street. Everything was clean and smelled good. The room was decent size and had everything needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The walls are as said in previous reviews a bit thin, but in our case it was not a problem at all. Would definitely recommend!

Self service guest accommodation. Ideal for the introvert traveller. Everything is spotlessly clean and brand new and the bathrooms are particularly good quality. Couldn't ask for a better place to sleep at a better price in Nice. Not a single issue or complaint to note.

Just the willows. We found them too soft and not very comfy.

We stayed in a modern, clean room with a spacious modern bathroom, fully equipped with big, clean towels, body wash, hairdryer. The communal area was lovely, with new and impeccably clean kitchen, adequately equipped. The property was near the city centre and walking distance to the sea promenade. Lots of restaurants and local shops and supermarkets nearby.

Everything additionally to be paid - pillows, bags storing for couple of hours after check out... Also, pass we received to get to the apartment was wrong and it was not easy to get correct info at 11pm.

Easy to get with train from the airport, close to the sea and sights, nice neighborhood.

I heard others talking in the common space so would be noisy if you stay in front of the kitchen area. But it didn’t bother me much.

Very cozy small room, not far from sea and old town of Nice. Compact, but very functional. Clean. Quiet location. Staff is super friendly and immediately answer on all questions by messenger.

Walls are super thin. Invest in good ear plugs if you are staying. There were also only 2 pillows that were pretty soft. Would be great if the hotel could invest in more comfortable ones and have 4 on a double bed.

I'd appreciated it if there was more clear guidance (in advance) on the check-in procedure. I was low on my mobile battery and would have been lost if I found myself in front of a dial pad with no clue getting inside. And it would have been better with a curtain on the windows.

The room was beautiful with a high ceiling and well designed furniture. I won't call it spacious but everything was very well positioned and was easy to use. I didn't use the kitchen but it would have been a plus if I stayed longer.

It is a brand new and innovative hotel. It was very easy to check in even though we booked at very last minute when our flight has been cancelled and it is in a great location. Room was clean, stylish and spacious. We will definitely come back.
