Could do with extra pillows in room and some coffee sugar tea and milk sachets in room as has kettle but nothing there on arrival or for stay.

Had low expectations based on reviews left by others. Could do with a lick of paint outside but otherwise it was fine

Location excellent for match day. Only 5/10 min walk from Stade de la Beaujoire and 2 tram stops nearby. Functional apartment.

Important constructions going on next to the hotel! It was quiet at night but noisy from early morning. It wasn't mentioned anywhere and from my estimation, the construction work is going to last for another year (so till 2025). The breakfasts were not so great for the price, the first morning, the options were very limited. The curtain in the shower was not very convenient (it made the shower tub very dark and stuck to the skin while showering). The informations and directions given by the reception were wrong. The door to the building couldn't be opened by the given card key and the staff had to reset the system so we could go in.

I think the kitchenette could have a fire blanket, it’s a big risk to not keep one close to the hob.

Dirty, smelly, smokey, too many papers stuck on walls and cupboards telling me what I could not do. I am not happy to be told to take out my own rubbish or I would be charged 15€. It was apparant that people lived full time in these rooms and the smoke and cooking smells where very bad, also lots of coming and going all night long. Worst place I have ever stayed in! I have to say that the young lady on reception was really lovely, spoke very good English and was very welcoming. Credit to her! Nothing else!

The first room they put us in was just dreadful. Depressing. Very, very dated and the entire floor of the building reeked of I don’t know what. The hotel is in the middle of a very large construction zone with perhaps a dozen new buildings going up. It feels like a no-man’s land. Nowhere to eat. Didn’t feel safe walking at night because it is like an an abandoned area. It will be very lively over all these new buildings are completed, but not now.

They upgraded us to a better room after we complained about the clogged shower. Why did they not offer us the clearly better room when we checked in?

Hotel is beside a lot of building sites so noisy from 7am.Bathroom door did not work/close properly.

*Surly unhelpful receptionist *property was located beside construction sites both to the side and the front *noisy * There was also a problem with their online banking system which was irritating

Room had a kitchenette but extremely limited cooking utensils. But I made it work. We are very tall family. Showers were very tiny. Only just fit.

Staff were extremely helpful it was clean and close to where we needed to be. We were travelling for Bmx competition it suited out needs perfectly for this trip.

The bathroom was very bad. I had dirty sheets. The kitchen was dirty and the utensils were dirty.

At the entrance there was a lot of poop spread out over the floor, which was still there the next morning. When you leave the room, there is no light in the hallway, and need to find the switch (which is not lighted). I opened the bathroom door and a musty smell came out. It more looked like a bathroom on a boat. This all for a price of more than 100 euro per night.
