We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceAlthough I 'checked in' online in advance, to save time, it still took a good ten minutes to check in - I appreciate that a new member of staff was being trained, but still... Our bed seemed a bit old and creaky hence I didn't sleep well - each time either of us moved, we woke one another up. # Why is there only ever one bathrobe and slippers in a room for two people!?
We have stayed here before and it's generally a nice place to stay, perfect location for train and bus station. Staff were friendly.

FranceThere was some really strange piano music playing nearby late at night. Eventually I phoned reception and they thought it was coming from the co-prop next door...soon after that it stopped, so perhaps the Hotel staff intervened. In all fairness, it wasn't the Hotel's fault as it was clearly coming from the next door building, but it was preventing me from sleeping before it stopped.
Lovely comfy room (we received free upgrade to Privilege room with my Genius discount :-)), friendly staff and nice bar area in the Hotel where I was able to work the following day after checking out. The Hotel is in a perfect location for both the bus and train station.

Clean, modern hotel rooms with carpet. Big, comfortable beds. The lift only works with the room keycard, so makes you feel safe. Just across the road from the train station, and not too far from the city centre. Awesome breakfast service until 11am during weekends. The cleaner knocked on our door to politely ask if we needed anything. Receptionists found an adaptor I had left behind in the room and kept it for me to pick up.
