The welcome message we received before arriving said the indoor pool was opened until 9pm. After a full day of driving, we promised the kids to take them to the pool but when we checked-in at 6pm, we were informed that the pool closed at 6:30pm. Conflicting information. Other than that, we had a great time in this hotel.

Nice countryside hotel. We stayed for one night during our road trip. It was the perfect place to rest and for the kids to play. The restaurant was in the chateau and we had a lovely dinner. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The room was nice and the staff very friendly. Parking right in front of the building.

The availability of my room when we arrived was only after 17.30. I consider this as an exception.

The tap in our bathroom was not great, but minor issue and didn't spoil our stay. We came back for another 2 night stay after the wedding.

We stayed here the night before a family wedding, the staff were extremely helpful and we had a lovely dinner after pre dinner drinks. It is in a beautiful location and allowed the whole party of family guests to relax.

The scrambled eggs were cold, but didn't spoil our breakfast experience. The tap in our bathroom had a weak flow! We didn't like leaving!

We loved the rural location of the hotel and the setting. The staff were excellent and always available to assist. Our room was quiet and had a lovely view at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast provided lots of choice, though the scrambled eggs were cold! We didn't go hungry! We would definitely visit again.

Nowhere to eat nearby unless you travel by car. Not enough selection at breakfast although tasty.

Nice size room with pool view. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Lovely surroundings and nice heated pool. Good for children.

the reception staff ordered a taxi for us which was overpriced significantly 90 euros for a 20 euro ride… left us in a difficult situation with the driver who blamed the hotel for booking him and said they knew of the price. the hotel said he took advantage of us as we were English and wouldn’t get in touch with the company that booked on our behalf. we saw the same driver back at the hotel the next morning so they are evidently aware of his over charging. it is very dishonest and we will be complaining to Novotel head office and the hotel manager. it is a shame as we loved our stay there. this ruined the whole evening out.

Rooms are a bit dated but was fine for our group.

Super family friendly. Beautiful location and pool with outdoor games to borrow free of charge and relaxing area with hammocks and small playground. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant for family dinners. There is a train station in the town with direct line to Nord station Paris in 30min.
