We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing hotel and a great stay! Château de Valmer has a great location on the Côte d’Azur. There is a relaxing pool area with sun beds. Easy beach access, with a walk through the vines. The hotel service was friendly, and they serve great rosé wine which is grown on the estate! The rooms are both comfortable and clean. The gardens and the chateau are very pretty.

United KingdomWiFi provided however no usb sockets to charge phones, laptops etc. Lack of electrical sockets too. Outside pool much chillier than last year. Could cover pool at night to retain heat. Small choice on menu meant we ate out more. Price of burger at 47 Euros was not inkeeping with prices in similar hotels. Service at La Pinede restaurant was slow and inattentive whilst surrounding tables were swftly waited upon. Booked a large double bed, two twin beds put together were comfortable but not the same.
Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Tranquil setting with indoor and outdoor pools. Pleasant walk to the beach along palm lined promenade amongst the vineyard. Fresh fruit drinks to rehydrate after swimming in the sea. The staff are excellent, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

United KingdomThe bedroom TV repeatedly pixelated and dropped signal on English speaking channels.
The staff were wonderfully helpful and polite. They booked restaurants and organised the charging our hybrid car so that we could enjoy our break. The outdoor pool was relaxing at a pleasantly warm temperature and the walk to the beach along the Palmeraie was beautiful. The room was spacious and very comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Plenty of quality hangers for clothes in the wardrobes!

BrazilThe check in (16PM) / check out (11AM) times are disappointing, it does’t make any sense for a “five star hotel”. Also the we found the prices of the restaurant and pool bar a little above our expectations (the famously expensive beach clubs were cheaper than the hotel).
The staff were very welcoming and nice during all of our stay. The room was good, comfortable. We loved the breakfast.
