We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We got remarkably weak coffee (did the coffee grinder not work, maybe?), a fluffy, very soft-boiled egg, and some standard croissants and Danish rolls. Oh well, you can't have it all - we throughly enjoyed our luxury stay here anyway!
If you can - and want to - afford it, this is simply an amazing, lovely place. A beautiful chateau in a well-maintained park. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff throughout. Just that great feeling of sheer luxury. Further amplified by our excellent dinner at their Michelin star restaurant La Chapelle - again a super friendly and impeccable staff and a creative cuisine.

Pleasant location adjacent to an established park with gardens, trees and ponds. Easy carparking and easy access to room. Fun but professional staff in bistro restaurant.

United KingdomThe fake grass. whilst the practicalities of a fake grass are great, the positive environmental impacts are lost and the natural surroundings/aesthetics feel a little forced. The rest of the garden was beautiful.
The staff were fantastic from arriving on site right through to leaving! especially the barman and the manager. The staff catered for us superbly well when we we’re unable to dine at La Chapelle.
