The air conditioning system didn’t seem to work, we could not get to cool down the room in the evening.

Everything was really wonderful. All the staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was great!

Chateau Voltaire was perfect. It will be the place that I stay every time I visit Paris now. The service is exceptional, the rooms beautiful and the location is great. The hotel staff were amazing, helping me make bookings at some of the best restaurants in Paris. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a chic, boutique, and well-located hotel in Paris.

I love the room decor, but the seating area could have been a bit larger, as I was travelling for work I needed the space to take calls and emails.

the decor is very beautiful and high quality fixtures and fittings. The staff are very friendly, and remembered that I had stayed there before. The service is exceptional.

The hotel staff was absolutely professional and nice to all guests. Hotel restaurant and bar is excellent even if you have high expectations. Hotel spa is booked for individual guests so you do not deal with unexpected visits. Organizing taxi back to airport is on the price level you will organize average taxi in Paris but with limousine quality.

It is slightly expensive. The walkable nightlife for our taste wasn’t perfect.

Staff is far beyond all expectations. They were anll kind, helpful, courteous, professional. Antoine especially was spectacular. Location is easily walkable to several restaurants. The hotel felt like a home.

Everything about the stay was exceptional. The restaurant had some of the best food we ate in Paris and the staff was friendly, informative and discreet. The neighborhood is central and close to some of the best shopping and cultural activities in the city.

I wish we had more time to experience the hotel. Our trip was cut short by family illness back home. We paid for 2 nights but were only able to stay less than 14 hours.

Nice to have a room with a simple lighting system. The lighting was adequate and easy to control. So many nice rooms on our preceding days had such confounding cross activated switches.

Be great if they had even more protein vegan options at breakfast like lentils. Lentils tomatoes and avocado with a bit of baguette on side would be amazing. Or even a simple Buddha bar at breakfast with chickpeas

Wow everything. Service exceptional. Property clean beautiful. Very special. Location off the Main Street and this quiet, yet central. Sweet sitting area by check in but yet feels removed and so sweet. . The design team got every detail right! The front desk team is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and truly defuse happiness. Front desk concierge amazing and some of the most knowledgeable in understanding what we were looking for and then pricing great suggestions. They do all this wirh poise. Evening assistance and welcome bubbles were simply fabulous. Truly exceptional gem.

Our stay was magical! The staff went above and beyond to make it special for my partners 30th birthday trip. When we arrived they had kindly upgraded our room, and left notes and a dessert which was such a nice touch. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay, it is a really beautiful space in the middle of the city. The breakfast we ordered via room service was divine too! We wouldn't have changed anything and would 100% stay again for a special occasion. Thank you!

The shower water is bad, sometimes too cold or too hot. Laundry is slow, our clothes are not ready when we check out, but the staff is really nice and helped with the shipment.

Superb location! Walking distance to the Louvre and good restaurants. The design is pretty.
