We weren’t able to use the on site restaurant for on our late afternoon arrival. Reservations essential. We were given a list of alternative places though a bit far after travelling all day. We resorted to in room picnic after a visit to the supermarket. We visited the fine dining restaurant the next night and we were not overwhelmed with the offerings. Also the wine was rather expensive.

Beautiful château, well l kept and clean. Very good champagne breakfast. Good location for visiting champagne houses, finding gourmet restaurants and getting lost in the beautiful vineyards.

    No such thing.

One of the best chateau stays you can have in Champagne. The interior has such a tasteful decoration, beautifully renovated (building from the 17th century). Breakfast and dinner was amazing. The surrounding environment is wonderful. I wish we could have spent more time here. Will be back definitely if visiting Champagne. The hotel staff is also very helpful and kind. Rooms are clear and quiet.

No cars should park in the inner courtyard inside the moat. Drop off bags is fine, but it was a pity to break the architecture with vehicles. The larger parking is very close and shaded.

Historical, but well renovated, charming home, with lovely quiet gardens for our dog to run around in after a days drive. Great kitchen and chef at the Orangerie restaurant. Friendly staff and handy safe parking.

The staff member on arrival was not very helpful did not offer any assistance for our luggage 😕 so had to struggle up the stairs with the suitcase the main restaurant was shut so we had to have dinner in the brasserie was OK but would have preferred to eat in the restaurant.

When we arrived it was a beautiful idyllic setting we went to reception and was shown to our room we had to go back outside to go back inside the main door which we found out in the morning there was no need we could have walked through the hotel to get to our room we were given the key to the room then he left he did not offer to help us with our luggage or offer someone to assist us i didnt find the gentleman to be very friendly or helpful the room was stunning and huge lovely view of the moat. Breakfast was amazing it was a very good buffet the staff were helpful and there was also a hot buffet and you could even have a glass of champagne with breakfast!. We would definitely go back as the room and hotel was amazing and we loved the area

In the melee at the Brasserie we had to wait a very long time for our main course and the staff admitted that they had forgotten us. But we were in a good mood (we'd been chatting and finished a bottle of wine on a small shared starter for 90 minutes until I had to call attention to our plight!) ad the staff gave us glass of champagne to keep our spirits up. The meal, when it arrived, was an enjoyable one.

We enjoyed our dinner at the Brasserie in a busy cheerful ambiance. Breakfast in the main salon was elegant and plentiful. Our room was in the Orangerie with a comfortable period feel and good facilities ( separate WC and bathroom.
