We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had little hot water in our first room so we moved rooms. Had no electricity in wall sockets in bedroom of second room we moved to, so had no wall sockets/ tv and could only to boil kettle in bathroom to make a cup of tea. We were early travellers in the season and felt the hotel had just opened or was preparing for visitors. Jacuzzi bath and shower had not been tested prior to our arrival and black bits of water mold were residue after bath. Came down for drink at bar and all seemed closed. Just felt they were fire fighting rather than up and running. Got the impression we were one of their first visitors of the season.
Charming historic setting. Downstairs very elegant. Staff helpful and charming. Bed was comfortable and sheets nice. We enjoyed jacuzzi bath and shower. Lively atmosphere and easy parking on site.

Family room was booked for three friends, When we got there this was not allowed, we were given a large suite instead, with breakfast, so all was ok

United KingdomThe car park was a little difficult to get to and some distance from the hotel. You could unload your luggage at the front of the hotel in a narrow street which could be quite busy with 2 way traffic. However this is only a small criticism of a very pleasant stay.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was unique in its style, decor. The breakfast restaurant had an amazing view across the fields of flanders. The hotel is in an ideal location to explore a lovely town.

United KingdomThe dinner was quite disappointing. Pricy and not great. Our meals looked like they'd been sitting under hot lamps for a while before they came to us, skin over the sauce, hard crust on the mash, burnt bits in the topping on my fish. We wish we hadn't bothered with the starters either. We have had much, much better and considerably less expensive meals during our holiday.
