Really friendly staff. Clean comfortable hotel. Excellent service and well located to visit the sights.

I would say it is pricey for what it offers (we paid 250/night) and you would probably find something better at that price if you search well in advance. The complementary espresso machine (in lobby) for guests is a nice touch though :).

The apartment meets the basic needs for a family with 2 children, though nothing fancy. Some of the furniture and decorations are very dated, but overall the apartment was nice. Cleanliness not great, but at a satisfactory level.

The staff were polite, but I did not find them very welcoming. My room was large, but the toilet was strangely separate from the bathroom and you had to walk past the kitchenette to get to it. It doesn't overly matter, but it was a strange layout. Also, again it didn't really matter for a four-night stay, but the room wasn't cleaned at all while I was there. For the price, I would expect a clean to at least be offered. Finally, there's no air-conditioning, so you need to open the window, and there were roadworks going on in the street below that started very early.

The hotel is in a good location, and the room was large and comfortable.

Accommodation perfectly serviceable but could do with a freshen up.

Location very good. Safe but lively. Good range of shops and places to eat. 2 nearby metro stations but easy walk to Marais and Place de Republique. Accommodation good for price , view impressive, kitchen and bathroom OK , decor a bit tired and plug loose in kitchen.

The toilet is not in the bathroom; there was no cleaning room every day. You should pay an additional fee if you want daily cleaning.

It was nice to have a coffee machine in the breakfast room and the water was available all time. The neighborhood is very good, located to metro station and there are always nice crepe makers open till midnight. Monoprix is also close to the hotel.

Design with bathroom and toilet separated was odd. Towels were modest.

The apartments were more than adequate - good quality bed, large sized design, good quality kitchenette, OK bathroom and excellent location to Metro Station (2 mins) or Oberkampf district / Metro (5 mins) where there is a vibrant shopping precinct with diverse stores open until late.

No free coffee or tea in the room. Guests can get downstairs in the breakfast area though.

The rooms are big for Paris. Great location in Republique - near M station and bus stations. Staff are all very nice and helpful

The room was a bit cold, we should have requested an extra Doona.

It was fine. The staff very good, we had some questions which they certainly answered. The WiFi was great. Hotel very close to a metro, we were happy about that not being very mobile. We stayed 5 nights. The room had a kitchenette and even a small dishwasher! Very handy for us as we like to self cater a lot. We would stay again.

In the heat of Paris it would be nice to have aircon otherwise no issues.

As we were travelling as a family of four, having a separate room from the kids was great. Would say the room is too small for four adults but was fine with 2 adults and 2 kids. We travelled a fair bit around Europe so having a lift to get to the top floor was great. Location is amazing...close to Metro and amazing shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Seine and attractions (kids were 8 & 10 and walked no issues). Staff were amazing and very helpful.

The location is a little out of the way of the more desirable areas of Paris but the metro is close.

This property has a little kitchen which was so welcome as I really like an early morning cuppa and to be able to put some food in the fridge. The room was quite spacious by Paris standards.
