There was nothing to dislike.

Good position, close to Metro. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Swimming pool -it was great to have a swim after arriving at the hotel.

The room, although clean, was extremely dated and shabby: did not reflect the photos advertised. More importantly, someone entered our room twice and the hotel have insisted that this was because we did not shut the door which is ridiculous. We won't stay there again.

I love your hotel because everyone is really nice and it is only a short walk from my daughter's flat. Also we love your swimming pool - it's really nice to have a shady area to sit in during the day.

I was told our room wouldn't be cleaned during our stay but we could always ask for refills of toiletries/ towels etc Not a problem for me for less than a week but if staying longer you may have to request some cleaning.

Aparthotel is so ideal for long stays. Good sized room, a big window with black out blinds, exceptionally furnished kitchenette with a microwave/grill, kettle, cooking surface, fridge, so many pans, pots, plates all neatly arranged. Very nice room

One of the worst places ever been. Smell bad. Carpet on the floor and dirty. Noisy ventilator all night couldnt sleep. I had booked two nights and asked to leave after first night because the room was awfull. Staff was helpfull and manage to refund second night. The place doesnt look nice neither the neighbourhood.

We stayed four nights and there were no room cleans or new towels provided in that time. I didnt like that you had to carry your own rubbish bags downstairs to the garbage room. We were prepared for a day at the pool as advertised but the pool was not open, this could have been due to the time of year. The rooms are not noise proof so if you had children with you then it wouldn't be ideal.

The room was clean and had all the facilities that we needed for our stay. The location was ideal as the metro was just directly outside but there were no facilities close by like shops, cafes etc. Staff were pleasant. We didn't eat breakfast at the facility but we popped into the room where it was served and it looked OK for a continental style breakfast if that's what you like.

Noisy over-heated air con/heater fan which would not turn off and made it hard to sleep. Shower curtain left water all over the floor even when pulled fully into place. Bed slid slowly forward if you sat up leaning against the headboard.

The kitchen is tiny and uncomfortable. The rooms were never cleaned during our one week stay. The pool is quite dirty, not often maintained and only sunny during the afternoons. The WiFi is bad. The pool area smells of cat urine. The neighborhood is pretty dead, only cars. The price is a bit high for the quality provided.

The rooms are correct, the kitchen is well equipped, beds are confortable, the receptionists are polite and efficient (all except for a very annoying middle aged blond woman). The windows are sound proof. The metro is just behind the hotel.

The air conditioner didn’t work( we are in the winter) with kids in the room, we asked the staff and they didn’t care about it. The response: we aren’t the technical, only tomorrow and we are full. So they didn’t care about the persons well-being. The furniture are broken (chairs) and dirty(the shelves).

Very nice and clean aparthotel. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Location is bonus as the metro is right beside it. Would definitely return back.
